The trip here had been almost nearly as long as her trip to visit Ebony had. She was glad she had left her daughters at home this time around and asked Hercules to look after them while she was gone, giving her time to move at a slower pace and even rest for the night on her way there. The trip was even relaxing. It gave her time to think and to just be on her own, which was a rare treat these days with a pack full of young wolves and two girls to care for.

She arrived at the pack's borders with a small sigh. She took a moment to shake out her fur and make herself look presentable. She had heard about Fiori's assistance during Ebony's war with Arcanum. The war had been impossible to miss since Arcanum's territory was practically at her backdoor, although from what she heard it had been surprisingly uneventful. Either way, she wanted to introduce herself at the very least to this pack's leader and possibly make some new connections for Pantheon. With that in mind she lifted her head and let out a call for Fiori's alpha before settling herself on her haunches just outside of the pack's borders to wait.

The Ooze Participant
03-20-2015, 06:01 AM (This post was last modified: 03-20-2015, 06:03 AM by Epiphron.)
The call that reached her ears was blatantly unfamiliar. Epiphron couldn't help but hope, when she heard the beginnings of a howl echoing through the mangroves, that it might be one of her children -- perhaps Quintus or Isolde, come to join their family here -- but there was nothing recognizable in the female's summon. Slowly the leader would rise to all fours, untangling herself from the gnarled roots of the mangrove tree she'd been resting beside.

Quickly she would make her way to the creature that stood at her borders, feeling her curiosity build with each step she took. Since Fiori was becoming more stable, she'd begun to get more frequent visits at her border... including wolves interested in joining. This female, she noted as she drew nearer, didn't seem like a rogue; her scent was heavy with that of other wolves, likely pack wolves, and she had an air of importance that was undeniable. Her own tail had curled above her back, head held high as she closed the distance between them. "Greetings," she'd begin with a small smile. "You come to the borders of Fiori. My name is Epiphron Adravendi. How can I help you?"
