The prairie was a nice place to walk. Rivaxorus swore to himself he wasn't slacking off, after all he had settled things within the pack and he was positive they were mature enough to handle themselves. After all there was no harm in trying to go and explore. He would have asked Zephyra to come with him, but he didn't want to bother her. His tail swished behind him as he stopped in the field. The very large male feeling the earth underneath his paws. Stretching himself out, feeling his back pop a bit which gave a bit of relief. Lowering his head he let a sigh escape his lips.

The alpha would raise his head once more. Two different colored eyes searching the land. He would take it to explore despite the need not to. He had been here before - just never fully looked at it. In fact it was surprising in his young age how far he had gone across boreas. Since his mother moved the pack so often. Now he had grown attached to his lands. Should maybe one day they have enough territory or they needed to move. It was always important to think of the future of his family.

Things had been getting much better for Solveiga lately. For such a long time, she had done nothing but wander around, longing for a home and a life of her own. Sure, she had loved exploring, but it was nice to finally feel settled. She had met Regulus, the fiery red alpha of Celestial, and everything had changed. They had gotten along very well from the start. For an alpha, he had been very gentle and understanding, and already Solveiga trusted him. She felt honored to be a part of his pack. And now she also had a job to occupy her time and give her a sense of purpose. She was a healer for Celestial, and had volunteered to be the one who frequently traveled beyond pack borders for less common medicinal herbs. And that was what she was doing today.

She headed out into the prairie that hugged the border of Celestial, her sharp eyes scanning the plants at her feet as she wondered through. It was agrimony she was looking for, and boneset... That was what Kavdaya had said. Solveiga had never actually seen those herbs before, but Kavdaya gave very specific descriptions of the plants, and Solveiga was a good listener. This was a learning experience for her, and she wanted to soak it all in, as much as she could.

Her baby blue eyes widened a bit as she found a cluster of white flowers that looked much like the description she had of boneset. She leaned in to sniff at it, to see if the scent matched the description as well. But as she did this, she caught another scent, and she straightened to look around. About twenty yards away stood another wolf, a male with a brown coat and rather interesting white markings. She left the boneset behind for now, committing its location to memory as she approached the large stranger slowly, giving a soft yip to alert him to her presence.
