Quick, curious, playful, strong. Graceful. She's here to interrupt, she's here to be in someone's life. She's high stepping. Brilliant eyes. Always graceful, always brilliant. The things that she would love to do, the things that she would love to show someone-- to show anyone. She's got so much to give, and yet no one will take it. No one will pay her any mind. The starlit kicks at the dirt. This was getting to be a little on the miserable side. This was starting to be... painful? Why was there something so painful in her chest. It was as if her heart was plum heavy inside her. Right. Like a pit. That was what made sense, a pit in her chest. This was... almost terrible. She doesn't like that. She doesn't like anything to do with that.
The man is pale. Selene can see him in the distance, she can see him as she grows closer. He was throwing a tantrum, and it brings her dark eyes to narrow. Right. The girl quirks her head to the side, drawing closer. When he finally settles down the star soaked creature moves closer. Right. Closer happens. She's quick and she's curious. She's so curious about the man. Dancing over the ground, eyes bright, head tossing.
"What's wrong?" Selene leaves distance between herself and the man, but she's openly and wildly curious. Everything about her is open. Everything about her is wild. She's everything in these moments. Tail wagging, ears pricked. Tiny and delicate, head quirked. The high waist of a dancer, the high tuck up, the brilliance that comes from just being. The stargazer is full of questions.
Feel the hunger

The man's black lips twitched, curling back as he spit at the ground in disgust. A frustrated growl - no, frustrated didn't cut it - ripped past his exposed fangs as he stormed through the dark, foggy forest. The summer heat was still felt, but for Ehrgeiz, it would have felt like a breath of relief from the relentless cold of the north, if he wasn't too angry to notice. Why was he so furious? His master had ditched him! She'd ditched him, leaving him at the battlefield with a clear command not to follow her, to busy himself until he was retrieved. And she'd gone with some young brute in tow, the very one that had approached them during the fight, the one he'd felt an instant flare of jealousy for. With a furious snarl, he stopped at the base of a dead-looking tree, rearing onto his hind legs as he brought his forepaws up against the barks, digging his dull claws in.
He shouldn't have shown any signs that he had disapproved of the blue-coated male's approach. Sabine had probably done this on purpose, she had probably noticed his distaste and thus offered her attention to the stranger just to torment him. He was merely a slave, but he had developed a most bizarre attraction to his captor, and he hated the idea of sharing her, when he just wanted her all to himself. And yet, it would never be his right to have her, when in fact he was owned by her..
Still, he was angry. It wasn't fair. How had this all happened? He brought his paws back to the ground with a heavy thud. Why did he have to wait around while she had her fun? What did she expect him to do? Just sit around counting the seconds? Huffing, he threw himself to the ground, like a child throwing a fit. His claws dug into the ground, and then he firmly place his head down, his singular blue eye staring off into the murky distance. Maybe if he just lay here, the time would pass without his notice and he would once again follow his master wherever she desired to go next.
