Miss Haven Petrova
~

The grey lady sat perched on a large bolder, her back straight and her head tilted slightly up. She had wandered further south as the winter season had come into full swing, not taking a liking to the freezing temperatures in the north, especially because she was alone. It wasn't logical. So she gracefully traveled down into the east, where she came upon flat lands dotted in rocks of all sizes. The winter clouds brought with them large white, puffy flakes of snow. They floated down from the heavens elegantly; no wind left them to fall slow and gently. She had decided to take a break from her travels, to rest up in this quiet place.

Miss Haven sat watching the snow, thinking about her purpose in life now. She had been run out of her homelands, to stand up for a brother who didn't want her around. Now she was just wandering, a loner of all disgusting things. How could she have let it come to this? To scavenging for food, suffering from the cold... She needed something to do, something to dedicate her life to, to be apart of something that would make a difference. She needed purpose. She let out a long sigh, her breath becoming visible as it left her lips.

What was she suppose to do?

This was, by far, his favorite season in this land. It was the time that reminded him most of home. He missed his tribe and the tundra landscape they had thrived on and he'd left it all behind to go search for a sister he couldn't find. He'd tried, tried very hard, to locate her, but either she wasn't here or he just wasn't destined to see her ever again. He didn't like the idea of giving it, it felt weak, but at this point in time he wasn't sure what to do. For now it seemed like waiting on Una to find him was his best shot.

He hadn't gone very far from Ivory Ridge, in fact it'd been a while since he'd left at all. Lately traveling wasn't anything he'd been interested in. He felt confident that he knew both territories fairly well - there were some nooks and crannies to check out, but so far nothing extreme seemed to stick out. He at least knew enough to not break his neck while traveling down the mountain.

He hadn't been here before, but on this new continent there were a lot of places he hadn't seen yet. It was a cloudy day and fat flakes fell down and flecked his coat giving him a more peppered appearance. He felt none of the cold since his coat was doubly insulated - he was born for these kinds of temperatures. Not chattering his teeth off let him focus on the multiple rocks surrounding him. It looked like something giant had a lot of fun placing them randomly which rose the question, what were they all doing here?

He sniffed around some more. He didn't really have any plans as to what he was doing and he doubted he'd find anything gigantic or mysterious that he could figure out. More than likely he'd go home feeling rather disappointed with his days. He didn't focus on it for long. He came to a sudden standstill with his head raised. Nostrils quivered slightly as he sniffed around for the sudden feminine scent he'd picked up on. Finally his eyes rested on a mostly gray female resting on top of a boulder which struck him as odd. Mostly he was concerned he hadn't noticed her sooner, but he supposed the lack of wind was what had went against him.
