Fiori had been peacefully quiet and yet Lionel wasn't bothered by it. There'd been no intruders since the one before Heather took over as Queen and he was grateful that they didn't seem to be a target anymore. Even if there wasn't much to do he was just happy that there weren't any more problems. He also knew getting lax wasn't the greatest idea either. It was best if Fiori didn't leave an opening for any more intruders so he'd been doing his best to keep up with his patrols and helping out where he could. Now that the welcoming summer weather had hit him it made him wonder what the pack was in store for. Maybe a hunt? It'd been a while since they'd had one.

Tonight had him heading towards the cliffs. He flt comfortable enough leaving the pack for a little while. After all, how much trouble could arise in the middle of the night? Besides, Heather was there and more than capable of handling things without him around. So he headed towards one of his favorite spots. The trek through the flowers was enjoyable and he paused a few times to sniff them before finally making his way to the edge. He came to sit with his paws inches from the cliff edge and his head raised towards the sky as he stared out at the starry expanse.
