No healing in Wonderland

Torin had been planning to go out looking for Jewell's missing boys for a while now, though like most things it seemed he had only just managed to get around to it. He had also known that having someone else to look while he was searching was a good idea; someone who would maybe think to look in places he didn't. Jewell was in no shape to help him in his task, indeed she was paralyzed by the idea of leaving the pack lands it seemed; and while he would have preferred to have Frostbite help him he couldn't leave the pack without at least one of them there to watch over it. No, there really had only been one other choice... Torin glanced sidelong at his father, Zell was the most logical choice after Frost. He had good sense and would likely dedicate to his task. Still Torin had some worries, no doubt if they found either of the boys they'd face punishment for wandering off and for causing such worry but he was hoping to wait til they got back with them and he worried Zell might be too harsh on them. These were all in his head of course; he had no idea how his father might react to finding them; if the even did. Torin sighed and turned his gaze back a head of him, he dropped his head and sniffed, searching for even a hint of the lost pups. |
