Ásvor was still growing accustomed to living with a pack again. Much to her pleasure, Niente seemed to be a pack where most wolves kept to themselves, and for that she was grateful - not that the group was a fairly large one to begin with. Nothing wrong with that, the Finnvi woman thought quietly to herself as she journeyed south of Niente's territory. Now that summer was here in full-force (and it was one of the warmest seasons she'd ever seen so far north), she had a goal to fully stock up on herbs before winter inevitably came back around. It was difficult finding much growing too far north, so she was used to taking day trips down south to see what she could find.

As she traveled, she would spend time reflecting on the contents of Niente's last meeting. Though Enrico stressed the importance of keeping the finger details of the pack a secret, it was important to alert others of their presence here - especially those that made their homes in the north. Likewise, he wanted to begin to trade goods for either training, or other useful items. Surely if she could some relatively uncommon herbs, she might be able to put them to use? Pondering this, she made her way to the crumbling stone wall in the distance,  hoping she might find something of interest here today.

Drake

He had come back to the place where he first met his father. The crumbled wall was a familiar sight, though he wasn't quite sure what he was doing here in the first place. Perhaps part of him hoped his uncle would return soon with their brother in tow, but as he got closer to the wall that separated the northlands from the southern lands, he couldn't find any trace of his uncle's scent. Maybe he hadn't found his other siblings yet. He did, however, catch another more interesting scent. The yearling moved closer to the wall, walking alongside it as he searched out the new smell. It was a wolf for certain. Definitely wasn't his companion playing tricks, nope. He had left his companion back at the den, and he was fairly certain he wanted to go out alone today. Then again, he missed having a conversation during his adventures...it was rather quiet. Paws crunched over the dirt and snow as he moved, the scent he had noticed temporarily forgotten.

Asvor was quiet as she wandered along the crumbling wall, briefly lost in the reverie of her own thoughts. Though the Viking woman was certain that she'd have trouble finding any herbs up here, especially any of use, she was intent on following the ancient structure to the southern lands. From there, perhaps she could veer southwest and head to the central part of the continent, where she knew the lands were far more fertile and would certainly still be producing plentiful herbs despite summer slowly coming to an end. She was so lost in her own mind that she was almost startled when she saw something moving up ahead in the distance, and her pace slowed considerably as she squinted into the distance.

It was no one that she knew, and a quick sniff at the oncoming breeze only confirmed that initial assumption. After a moment of hesitation she continued on, resuming her slightly hurried pace. Her intention wasn't necessarily to approach the stranger - she'd always been deeply introverted, though because she preferred her own company above that of others, not out of shyness - but she was intent on continuing her path down the wall and observing what grew beside it. Before long she was within earshot of him, and she assessed him again now that she was closer with a skeptical, narrowed gaze. "What brings you to this place?" Asvor asked, her tone oddly neutral - void of much warmth but also lacking anything threatening whatsoever.
