Nami
Most of Nami's coat is a tawny tan, desaturated enough that she blends in easily against a sandy shoreline. Her lower half is a slightly paler hue, trailing off to a lighter tan near her paws. Even lighter off-white flecks of color can be found scattered down her back, the same white markings adorning her ears, paws, and just beneath her eyes. Her eyes are a crisp orange, and her nose, pawpads, and lips are a darker brown.
The most unusual aspect of her appearance is that she has a bobtail, a result of a rather unfortunate shark attack. Besides this she's never seen without her bandana, a tattered and sun-worn orange cloth that she keeps tied around her neck. Around the neckline shark teeth have been sewn in, a testament to her attack and that she lived to tell the tale.
appearanceFISHER — "Fisher" isn't a personality trait, you might be thinking. Well... you'd be very wrong. Nami's love for fishing and all things related to the water are central to her personality; she'd be unrecognizable without them. She'd sooner die than be deprived of her access to water, whether she be fishing, swimming, or diving. Precisely what she's doing means much less to her than where she's doing it.
HYPERACTIVE, ANIMATED — Nami is normally quite high energy and she has a hard time staying still. Her body is constantly in motion, no matter what she's doing. She likes to talk to fill the silence and has a tendency to interrupt others when they're talking, often without realizing she's even doing it. Likewise she has a difficult time staying focused on any one task, often hopping from one thing to the next without little thought; planning ahead is definitely not her forte.
DEPENDABLE — Nami is nothing if not loyal. She will help anyone who needs it, almost without question. Those that earn her friendship are unlikely to ever lose it, even when they might deserve to. She has a tendency to be entirely selfless, even when at risk to herself - she's always willing to lend a helping paw to those that need it. Her loyalty is often to her detriment, because she doesn't think twice before helping others before herself.
ANXIOUS - Though she comes across as bubbly and confident, deep down Nami struggles with feeling like she belongs anywhere. She never feels quite good enough, always afraid of disappointing the wolves around her, which leads her to overcompensate and act out in ways she thinks will earn the approval of her peers. Mixed with her outgoing personality, this means Nami has trouble setting boundaries and saying no even when she's uncomfortable.
