(Any siblings that want to annoy Arsenal are welcome.)

Arsenal wasn't in the mood for wandering at the moment. Rather, he would just like to rest for a short time. Alone, hopefully. He didn't have hopes that he would be left alone, however. After all, he had others forced upon him whenever anything like this happened. And to make it worse, the one that had found him had been taller than him. He was just supposed to be the shortest one, he supposed. And he hated it.

He wanted to be tall, to be the one that towered over the other wolves. But no, they all had to be giants.

He shouldn't linger on it, he knew, but it was hard not to.

A huff escaping him, he sat down, his ears pinning against his head.

Well, she wandered away from her family for just a minute. She wasn't too far, so she'd be fine, right? Well, of course she would be. She'd eat anyone who dared try to hurt her! Om nom nom, that's right. It was a glorious feeling, to explore alone; she sniffed along the edge of the river, recoiling when spray got up her nose, sneezing and snorting. She scooted further along the edge, searching for an area that had much less of that evil spray - there! Butt wiggling, she plopped down her her paws and head hanging over the edge, back paws kicked out behind her. Ooo. She could see all the fish that swam! Absorbed in her own world, she was oblivious to the dark individual that was nearby.

It seemed that his short rest wouldn't last long, as the sound of sneezing and snorting caught his attention. His mismatched gaze went to the source of the sound; a pup, not even big enough to cause any damage; just noisy. A snort escaping him, he said nothing, although he kept his attention on the pup. As she flopped down, her face almost in the water, he spoke. "If you fall in, I'm not gonna help you." That was a lie, for the most part. He probably would save the child, but only sue to the fact that there seemed to be nobody else around to watch her. Who left their pup by itself, anyways? That wasn't the best parenting, in his opinion. But then again, he was the one that would eventually be annoyed by the pup. Resting his head on his paws, he continued to watch the pup, showing no signs yet of moving.
