The meeting was over, all was said and done. He had given his cousin plenty of time to heal and get used to his new surroundings, and now it was time to speak with him. He had not kept his cousin as a prisoner, no. His cousin was free to go where he wished, no restraints. He sought him out around the castle, though wasn't quite sure where Valor had decided to bed down. So instead, he went outside and howled for him. The day was okay. Cloudy, overcast, a little drizzly...but nothing close to soak them through unless they were standing there forever. He was glad for his thick Ancora coat, that did help a ton in the cold. Kimahri and Shiva both lied down on the lowest steps chatting among themselves while he waited for his cousin.

Valor wasn't sure what he was supposed to be doing with himself. Ever since the meeting he'd pretty much sulked around and kept to himself. He knew this pack was filled with other Ancora's, certainly more than back home, and yet he had no desire to talk to anyone. He was still seething over the thought that family had attacked his own. Granted Justice had seemed fine, and Paladin hadn't shown up at the raid, and he wasn't blood related to anyone else in Celestial (not closely at least), but still they were family. Why had they been raided? It hadn't made sense to him considering they had known about Creed's death. At the meeting they were even interested in going after the wolf who'd killed him, but if they had cared so much then why had they bothered putting the extra stress of a raid on Celestial.

He'd meant to talk to Dragon about it some point. In fact he was still waiting on the male to come talk to him. The alpha had insisted on it during the meeting and yet it'd been a little while since that time. Not that Valor was complaining about the solitude. He was still sore and his pride hurt just as much as his body did. To put it simply - he was angry, but that was nothing new. He'd been angry since the female had killed Creed and injured himself. Right now the only good thoughts he had about Talis as a whole was that he could possibly use them to help find Creed's killer. Past that he didn't like the thought of being in this foreign pack in the slightest - family or not.

A howl drew him from his thoughts. Speak of the devil. A soft sigh fell past his lips as he rose from where he'd been lying down. He supposed ignoring it wasn't an option considering the other male was still an alpha. Despite the fact he wasn't a prisoner he still felt like it. He was stuck here and talking to Dragon still felt like it was being forced on him. He supposed the only good thing was that he might get some answers. So he headed outside and found the alpha and his two large cats with them. Still remembering the bruising (as well as the bruising to his pride) he eyed them both suspiciously before trying to keep the glare from reaching his eyes as he looked towards Dragon.

"You wanted to see me?"

He sat in silence for a long while with the chatter of the Jaguars in the background. What would he say to Valor? What was his cousin thinking? Did he see him the same way Justice saw him? A traitor? He sighed, knowing he couldn't blame them for that. He only hoped that Valor would give him the chance to explain his actions, no matter how far-fetched they might seem. Still, he might as well try right? Ears twitched then when he heard his cousin's voice, and the earthen male returned his focus before him to see Valor looking...well, pretty unhappy. He frowned, but again, he didn't blame him. Dragon had technically stolen him from his home and brought him into an unfamiliar world, but he hoped that Valor would understand he hadn't done it with ill intent.

"Ah, yeah. I did," He cleared his throat, suddenly stuck on what to say. What should he say? I'm sorry? I didn't mean to? It's not what you think? His mouth opened and closed a few times but nothing came out. For once, he struggled to find something to say. So instead, he sighed and let his alpha-ness fall away to be replaced by something else. He didn't want to talk to Valor as the Alpha of Talis, but as family. Regardless of whether or not Valor saw it that way. "I uh, I...want to start off by saying I'm sorry. I know the actions of my pack seemed...well, hostile and stuff. But that was not my intention. We were desperate for medical supplies at the time, and that's really all I wanted. It wasn't my plan to bring you here, or hurt your family." His ears fell back, mouth closing for a brief moment, "I mean...you and your siblings are our family too. My mother loved Creed, we weren't trying to make things harder for you after...well, after what happened. I was kinda hoping not to see you guys to be honest...but when I saw you, I couldn't let someone else hurt you. I don't know if you could tell, but I was really holding back. You might not believe me, but it's true..." He cleared his throat again, expecting Valor to lash out at him and say things similar to what Justice had said. And if he did, how could he blame him?
