This place had provided him some great finds so far. His first time here he had discovered his handy satchel, yesterday he had returned and found a beautiful necklace with blue crystal on it, now today he had returned in hopes of finding something else. He needed trinkets, lots of them, to be able to make trades with others. Something that others would view valuable and would desire to have. Things that would be useful and could be used to give as gifts to their mates. Before yesterday it had been a while since he had a treasure hunt, focusing mostly on his food and herb stock. He was preparing to get himself going. With some of his siblings appearing he new there would soon be help to get his pack ideas working. He was excited to get things working and now that he had some company from his siblings he was ready to get going with things.

Moving through the rumble carefully he tried to find the area the necklace was in yesterday, hoping to find more jewelry nearby that spot. He still needed to find the jewelry that would adorn the higher ranked wolves of his pack, the jewelry symbolizing their honer towards Kasali. But there was plenty of time for it, right now his main focus was on trinkets in general. He came upon the spot he was in yesterday and smiled, moving a few paces to the right before beginning to carefully dig the earth.

Cheveyo allowed his ebony paws to carry him large frame across the landscape easily. His stride was relaxed, undetermined. He had no agenda expect to meet others within these new lands. He was tired of being alone. He had encountered one male since he arrived but all that encounter did was make the hunger for companionship burn even fiercer.

His dark head was held even with his shoulders as he moved slowly. That was until a scent reached his nostrils. They flared slightly as he inhaled even deeper, searching for the source. His frame turning automatically as his paws carried him towards another male. Chevy slowed to a stop at a safe distance and observed the male quietly for a moment. He was a larger wolf, a mixture of dark ebony and cooling silver in coloration. He was digging into the soft earth before him, searching maybe?

The dark male put on a warm grin before calling out, "Hello, are you looking for something?" He asked simply. If he other did not want to interact then he had the choice to shoo Chevy away. But he also could welcome him. Cheveyo was polite almost to a fault. He did not want to intrude but he craved kinship more than nourishment anymore. Gone were the pangs of hunger and the feeling of bloodlust. They were replaced by the constant nag within his mind and burning desire to be close to another being. His father had been the same way. That's what kept his family together for so long. Their strong bond to other wolves. But they were gone, the young wolf was now alone for the first time in his life. Instinct and heart kept him from being afraid. He knew he would be ok, but he needed to find his own kind again and soon.

He was concentrated on the careful digging, not wanting to break or ruin anything that may be buried underneath the soil. He remembered when he was to excited about his treasure hunting, as a kid there was always slip ups and broken treasures that became nothing but a useless trinket for him to hoard. Now that he was a little older and had well thought out plans he had to be more slow, more delicate in how he found his treasures. Some broke easier then others and if it was something really shiny and pretty he didn't want to scratch it either. The earth seemed somewhat damp, he must have missed a nice rain overnight while he was sleeping peacefully in his den.

Before long another's voice called out and he paused his process, ears perked and head turning in the direction of the call. A strange male was not to far from him asking what he was searching for. He already showed the signs of being friendly, which made Branch's friendly smile spread across his face. His tail wagged to further show that he was a friendly being.

"Buried treasures. This place is full of them!" he called back. "Wanna help?"

Branch had no problem being around others, in fact since winter he had been craving more and more interaction. His large family had always been around him, but when he left that was all gone.

He watched the large male dig gently into the soft earth. His head cocked to the side curiously. What was he doing? But soon enough his words reached the others auds. The male turned to look at the ebony brute with a returning smile. His warmth only encouraging the young wolf's friendly behavior. His tail swayed slowly behind him in happiness. He wasnt going to be shooed away.

The blue eyed wolf wagged his tail and spoke about treasure. This made cheveyo's brows come together in confusion. How could there be treasure in the dirt? What was treasure anyway? He came from a simple family who was ultra realistic. Treasure wasnt something he knew anything about. But hey, now was a good time to learn as any right?

Chevy moved towards the other male slowly. His toxic orbs eyeing where he was digging curiously. He looked to the male, "I am Cheveyo by the way. So how does this treasure thing work? What do you want me to do?" He asked with honest interest.

It didn't seem as though the male had treasure hunted at all, which he somewhat expected. He knew not everyone lived they way he and his family had and he knew not everyone seen much value in the odd trinkets left from strange creatures years ago. Luckily they were in the best place to explain that. Even in the range was a good place to explain to the male about what was left behind years and years ago. The male came closer, and both introduced himself and asked what he needed to do.

"I'm Branch, Nice to meet you!" he said with another smile before turning back to the earth. "You just have to dig carefully, you may not find anything every time you dig, but this territory so far has had a lot of buried stuff. And if there is something you don't want to damage it by digging to quickly or roughly."

He dug a little bit more before one of his nails bumped into something metal. Carefully he brushed his nose down into the dirt grasping the small metal piece within his teeth gently and pulling it from the soft earth. He walked over to the male and set the object on the ground before him and smiled. It was nothing more then a metallic medal that would have been on a soldier's uniform, but it was something and it was enough to show Cheveyo some interesting things he could find.
