Wayward Wanderer
It had been some time since she had last seen her own pack. When did she leave? Spring? Summer? She couldn't quite remember. It had been a while though. Long enough that her pack scent probably wasn't on her anymore, but that often masked with the scent of herbs as well. And so it was today that she traveled near the borders of another pack, one she didn't know the name of or anything about it. A rabbit pelt was gripped softly in her jaws and filled with various herbs, most of the helping kind...though she had a couple that weren't so helpful should she have need of them. She trailed the borders for a little while, picking out the scents that she could, and a few had caught her attention.
While she didn't really ever mingle or talk to the Abraxas midget, she had picked up his scent in the breeze, and curiosity drew her to linger a bit longer. Not only that but a few others that seemed...vaguely familiar. Like she knew them but also didn't at the same time. Interesting...Well, she figured that if she wanted to investigate further, she ought to announce her presence so that the same thing didn't happen like the last pack she was checking out. She stopped at the edge of the borders, gently placed the bundle at her feet, and softly called out for anyone who might indulge her. |

"I have some herbs here with me today that might be of interest. Assuming your pack is interested in trading, that is?" She eyed him curiously. She didn't know anything about Lirim, but she was highly interested. Especially with those scents that she caught just moments ago, and now the new scent of pups. Of course, she wouldn't do anything to harm the pups, oh no. That was above her. She wondered what this pack was like. Whether they were the peaceful sort, or perhaps just a ragtag group of wolves who didn't have any stability in the hierarchy, unlike the Empire. It only took one weak link in the chain to bring everything down. And it was always her goal to figure out who in the pack, that was. Even her own. "Are you a healer, sir? Perhaps I can interest you," She carefully placed her paw upon the bundle on the ground, "Or perhaps you have a healer that might want to come to take a look? Or perhaps if you're not interested in herbs, I have many other things available as well."

Lirim. Not a pack she had heard of, but now she was aware of it. She stored the name away in her memory for later use. Whether or not Malleus would be interested had yet to be seen. Frostbite explained that Lirim was interested in trading, but he wanted his alpha partner to be a part of it. She nodded her head as he howled, and they waited. And wait...and waited...Her gaze shifted to the lands behind the alpha male, narrowing ever so slightly to see if anyone was coming. She didn't see anyone. Or hear anyone. Or even smell anyone else approach. No other alpha. No other pack members. Interesting. Whether or not the other alpha was simply tardy or busy, it didn't quite look good to her. Usually, when an alpha called for whoever they wanted there, they came. And in the world of the Abraxas, you came. Or faced consequences. Her gaze returned to Frostbite for a moment, brow lifting as if to say well? Maybe it was his fault. Maybe it wasn't. She could sit here all day and waste her time waiting for his alpha partner to show up...but she didn't feel like doing that. Sighing, she turned her attention to Frostbite. "Well, I'd like to imagine he's busy. Or perhaps not around?" She mused lightly, but then continued. "Or...he doesn't respect you enough to show up when you need him around." She said bluntly. Whether or not it was true, that's how it looked to her. For the other alpha to show when the other called seemed like a blatant show of disrespect in her eyes and would be in the eyes of the Abraxas had one of their alphas not shown up. Of course, Malleus was the only alpha now...but had they a secondary, she was sure he wouldn't have been happy being stood up like that. "Shall we wait until nightfall or would you like to see what I have? I promise you, I have things that could be useful to your...family. You have pups, do you not? I've herbs here that can help should they get sick during the cold seasons."
