The viking woman had wandered. Her family was no more. She, the only survivor, could bring back the great Nygaard lineage. Powerful shoulders moved rhythmically as she journeyed across the south. The woman eventually came to field. One that was in ruins. The season did not work in its favor either. Nevertheless, Forsetia ventured into the thicket. Her fur catching on a few dried limbs every now and then. Green orbs scanned the area until she felt safe. Protected by prickly plants, Forsetia laid down. A rest would be a good idea. Ears perked, alert, just in case a stranger appeared. She laid her darkened head down and wrapped her bushy tail around her body. Eyes closed in an attempt at a break.

His time in his new home had been short, but he was already out exploring the other parts of the southern region he now lived in. The scent of Erovrare hadn't even clung to his pelt just yet, however it was clear he spent time in the forest and around other wolves, he just didn't smell like a pack wolf again yet. He found himself travelling just slightly outside of the pack borders, just so he was close in case Hannibal or someone came looking for him. He wasn't gone very long when the scent of another filled his nares, alerting him to the presence of a female nearby. He looked around but couldn't see the female anywhere.

The scent was somewhat stale, so he wandered on with the scent lingering in the background and somewhat following it's trail. Carthage realized a bit later that tufts of fur clinging to branches were leaving the majority of the scent residue. The scent kept getting stronger however and he paused again, taking it in. It took him a moment, but he finally found the lady hidden in the grasses almost completely.

"Fine place for a nap, is it?" He questioned as he approached the female from the front, making his presence very obvious in case she hadn't seen him coming.

Green orbs shot open as a voice interrupted her slumber. So close, yet so far from sleep. "It was," she forced out words as she raised her head. Forsetia blinked the sleepiness from her eyes. The woman studied the male for a few moments. He was two colors. Dark and light... pure and sinful. It was a way Forsetia saw pelts. She was majority pure, but of course there were very dark markings upon her. Leopard print melted into her white fur, as if the sin were invading her innocent life. Obviously, the whole thing wasn't true. You can't judge a book by its cover. Silence overtook the scene as Forsetia silently questioned why the stranger was here. However, there was no threat in her physical attributes. It sure would have been nice to rest, though.

He could tell he woke the woman from her nap, though he cared little. What was she doing napping out here anyway? Not that she was exactly in the open, but it wasn't too hard for him to spot her either. Her fur stuck to the twigs and branches of the trees, making her an easy target for anyone remotely good at tracking. She made it easy for others to find her, perhaps that's what she wanted? Carthage didn't pretend to understand anyone's motives or reasoning, as his wasn't exactly clear most of the time either. He did things as the thought came to him, hardly ever planning out his life.

She responded with a simple confirmation and he held back from rolling his eyes. Of course, he had woken her up and disturbed her peace, but perhaps one wanted to be disturbed and she was playing a game. Carthage reclined onto his haunches and yawned, hoping to seem as least threatening as possible although he usually had ulterior motives and may even this time should things work out well in his favor.

"Perhaps napping in one's den would stop others from disturbing an apparently well needed nap." Carthage's eyes narrowed, a small smirk playing on his lips.
