Mojito was, much like most children his age, very curious. Maybe even more so due to his parentage. Much like his father, he was inquisitive and today when he'd left the den he'd wandered farther than he ever had before, moving through the familiar shrine territory towards the shared border of another pack. He had vague recollections of his mother explaining they shared a border with a sister pack, another whole group of wolves whom they were friendly with but he couldn't really remember if he'd been told he was allowed to visit. So the boy dithered on his side of the packlands, bouncing excitedly on his toes. He whined lightly, eager to be allowed to explore further but not wanting to break any rules. The pack territory beyond didn't smell totally different, but there were as of yet unfamiliar individual scents he could trace, including a milk scent, not totally unlike that his own mother had given off until recently... maybe there would be other pups his age there? Maybe they'd want to play, maybe they wouldn't be quite as mean as his cousins... "Speech"

Indigo and his siblings had long been welcomed within the borders of Ashen proper. He loved going to the beach with Aslatiel but he had yet to make it to the purple shrine. Likely he’d decide it was his new favorite place because of his affinity with his own color. For now he mostly spent his time alone in Iolaire’s garden. Except when Roan shooed him away, something about adult alone time and he wasn’t allowed right now. So he decided to go see if he could find his sister on the beach.

He didnt make it that far when he heard the puppy whine. Indigo couldn’t help his curiosity and the boy quickly found his way towards the border to find the source. A nearly all white pup. Sapphire eyes widened in surprise as he froze, curious but stunned at seeing another one his age who was not one of his siblings. Plus his whole shape was different. His fur seemed so long, and were his ears floppy? Indy wasn’t even sure what to do with himself.

Soft, grey paws carried the girl silently after her lavender sibling. Aslatiel was practicing. Each paw was placed carefully as she hunted her brother to produce no sound. The tiny wolf was getting really good at this. She didn't see the other pup as she closed the gap between herself and Indigo. It was just as well. She couldn't afford a distraction. Right on her brothers tail, Aslatiel’s rear gave a little wiggle before she let loose a war cry and pounced. "In-Di-GOOOOO!"

After quickly pouncing her brother, Asla gave him a soft bite, then leaped away and began running. As she did so, the girl came face to face with the white, floppy eared pup who, as usual, was bigger than she was. Skidding to a stop, the tiny girl gave a soft gasp. She'd never seen a coat so pretty. "Who are you?" She asked in awe. And then she noticed the floppy ears. "I'm Aslatiel. Can I touch your ears?" They looked so, so soft.

It wouldn't take to long to have his curiosity rewarded, Mojito's eyes mirrored the purple pup's widening as he spotted the pair. Of course, he was first surprised by the purple pup. He blinked in surprise when a girl suddenly appeared, letting out a strange warcry. She was pretty, and he blinked blankly again. She bound up to him and he gaped openly for a moment, very much not used to attention from other pups being so... unhostile. She asked him some questions and he worked his jaw for a moment, seemingly unable to actually form any words. Finally, he managed, his voice stammering as he was suddenly very unsure how to handle this attention. "I- I'm uh Mojito." He blinked at her again. "Uh sure?" He just wasn't certain how to respond to her question about touching his ears. "Speech"

Before he could even decide Indigo was suddenly sprawling on the ground, even though Aslatiel was small she was fierce. He landed on the ground with an audible ‘oof’ as she bit his ear and kept on going. A drive by tackle. He groaned, not having expected or heard her coming. Shaking himself after finding his paws the gangly boy followed after Aslatiel towards the slightly older boy. Indy didn’t think anything of his sister’s request until Mojito as he called himself, answered a bit hesitantly. Was it rude to ask to touch someone’s ears?

”I’m Indigo,” but the other boy might have already figured that out after Asla’ war cry. The young Fatalis tilted his head curiously as he felt a million questions bubble up but none of them spilled over.

At the moment, Aslatiel only had eyes for Mojito. He was very nice to look at. When he gave her permission to touch his ears, Asla released a soft squeak of happiness. stepping up close, she raised one paw, careful to retract her claws before stroking one silken, floppy ear. It was so incredibly soft, the girl exclaimed in soft tones. "Wooooooow..."

Mission accomplished, she pulled back and smiled. "Where did you come from, Mojito?" Casting a look towards Indigo, the girl grinned, tail wagging. It was nice to meet someone else around their age. She loved her brothers, but being around them all the time made her crave the company of others from time to time.
