There was definitely something very wrong with this polar bear. It was skinny, matted and wandering through the north end of the gorge in the middle of summer. Stjarna was in a precarious spot. To go forward and try to skirt around the bear or to turn and march allllllll the way back. Dark lips pursed. No, they'd traveled too far for too long to just turn around. Stjarna figured that if they were quiet enough they could sneak around the bear without being noticed. Scrambling up the side of the gorge, Star slipped through a small cave that was really more of a tunnel, hoping to stick to the shadows. No such luck. The bear noticed. It stared at him with mad eyes, drool falling in strings out of its mouth. The beast roared and charged. "Aw, shit!"

Keetie was following the scent of her sibling, leading her further West in the land, and to the entrance of a small cave. Keetie wrinkled her nose, both curious and a little irked at the idea of squishing her lovely fur through the entrance.

Ah well, she wanted to play with her sibling. She squeezed inside, getting as far as the entrance before she realised what Star had been following. The polar bear drooled and panted, its eyes as mad as they came. “Star!” she yelped, calling her siblings attention. “Get out of there!” of course, Keetie wouldn’t be going anywhere until she could be certain her family was safe. Leave no one behind, that was the motto of her life when it came to those she loved.

"Speech"

Star scrambled to the side at a diagonal, just missing the bears claws. They could hear Lorikeet yelling behind them. Aw nuts! The bear turned and gave chase after Star who bolted northward out into a patch of sunlight, hoping to get more space between them and the bear. "Out how? I'm surrounded by walls!" Of course the bear would be in a stupid gorge. The bear dove again but this time Star was prepared. Fangs lashed out, latching onto the bear's left ear as the wolf leapt onto the bear's back as it raced paced them. Star wrapped their arms around the bear, holding on for dear life as the creature roared and thrashed. It darted forward, slamming its head right into the side of the gorge in its panic to get the wolf off of it and stop the pain in its ear.

Come down, come down sweet reverence

Jynn was traveling along, exploring the western territories. So far everything was dry and arid and not really all that pleasant but she was sure here were gems hidden in this desert landscape somewhere. She was working her way through a gorge when she heard a roar and a yell. That sounded like a bear! She was surprised that there were bears around here and she raced to see what the situation was. When she arrived she saw two wolves and a polar bear. What on earth was a polar bear doing here?

She raced forward and bit hard on the bear's stubby tail, twisting her head to the side sharply the minute her fangs got hold. The bear roared and bolted forward, slamming into the wall once more. There was definitely something wrong with he creature. It stumbled back and started to head down the gorge.

Star did their best to hold on as the bear slammed into the wall of the gorge. It surged forward with such force that Stjarna was thrown to the ground and forced to scramble back to their feet before the bear ripped them to pieces. The bear was drooling and it stumbled back toward the middle of the canyon before looking around dumbly. Stjarna's hackles stood on end and the wolf growled violently, stepping slowly forward while keep an eye on the bear. The polar bear looked at the three wolves then turned around and stared ambling away. That was it? Stjarna watched carefully keeping defenses up until the bear disappeared out of sight. Ok, maybe that was enough exploration of this canyon. Stjarna was ready to get out of here and find some nice green lands to go hunting in.
