The female felt alive once more, renewed, and refreshed. Her red and pink dual colored eyes shown with delight as she nudged young Chasm along before her. Apathy was at home with Liar and Ash, but Marina had been determined to bring her rainbow marked son with her. There was a strong connection to both children though, and next time, Marina thought, it would be Apathy who came her. The female smiled, pausing just at the edge of the territory of Lazuli Falls with her son. “I think this is far enough, Chasm. We’ve gone a pretty long way for such a young pup.” Chasm had lay down at her paws, though he was giving a small huff. He was tired, that was evident, though the young wolf was doing what he could to not show it. Marina felt endlessly proud of Chasm and Apathy already… they were such precious little ones. They were her babies… though she did yearn for her older litter as well. The one with Nako… and even her eldest son. Oh how things had changed… Marina set about grooming Chasm while the little one was too tired to argue the fact. Her ears were perked though, attentive to the sounds around her. A snake in the grass waiting to strike. That was Greed. He had gone out of Talis lands in search of something different to do, his training with his mentor going exceedingly well. At least he thought so. He was ambitious, that was evident. He yearned for power, but in order to achieve that he knew he needed to get stronger. He had proven his strength against one male, one older than him at that, and he had won. The taste of victory was sweet, and Greed wanted more. Little did he know that he was about to stumble across his father's latest infatuation. In fact, he wasn't even aware that his father had decided to take up residence in this area. He would eventually stumble across an interesting sight...a female of odd color with a child. He had never met this woman before, nor had he seen such a wolf with fur like hers. It was an odd sight, but he didn't linger on her for too long. Instead, his gaze drifted to the kid nearby. It was just as colorful, and he wondered what the hell kind of game nature was playing. Did wolves often come out looking like rainbows? He didn't say anything, simply watched from his vantage point. "Talk"

Chasm was indeed tired laying between Marina’s paws as with bi-colored eyes closed… but something didn’t feel right. He didn’t want to sleep out here without his brother and father… “Ma… Wanna go ‘ome.” He mumbled, opening his eyes to a half lidded state once more. He pushed himself to his paws with a yawn, little body tumbling forward a short distance away from his mama. He got back up pretty quickly, still getting used to his long legs and the paws that seemed too big for his body. His ears twitched and a soft snort escaped the young male. No! He wasn’t going to sleep!
