Lost food

Kotori inspected the outside region of the crypt. The wolf had scented a prey he’d not hunted before and that piqued his curiosity. The scent mingled from the grass and into the crypt itself. This was an area he had no experience with and the strangeness of it had him cautious but curious.

The prey had definitely gone in and after a few minutes Kotori followed in after. The entire place had a strange unnatural look to it, yet signs of nature had started to creep in. Kotori moved forward, following the scent, after a minute noticing how similar things looked. Well, it didn’t matter how the place looked, Kotori would simply follow his nose to and from wherever he found himself.

Eventually, he spotted the wild ass. The animal seemed confused, slowly moving about to the left, pausing to look about before continuing on.
