Modesty had heard the call for the raid and while she appreciated not needing to trip over her own feet to prove something anymore, that didn't mean there wasn't work to be done. She had Sakana gather up what herbs he had and moved to the other end of the beach, closer to the shrine in the hopes of drawing Pontifex out, she even sent her antlered rabbit to try and track her brother down. She could do with some company while they waited.
Wood was stacked and lit, food and alcohol and all sorts of concoctions were laid out so matter the outcome, the fighters could relax after the battle was done. With everything prepared, all she could do was wait and see who showed up. She hoped the Armada wolves wouldn't be put off and would feel welcome to join in too. After all, they were a rowdy bunch, any chance to blow off steam was a reason to celebrate.

Sakana was worried, though there really was no reason to be. The Raiders had been in many raids before, and to be honest, they didn't have the odds in their favour most of the time, but that didn't stop him worrying. Hell, even his mum had gone to raid and she probably wasn't in the right headspace for that when all was said and done... He was grateful for the distraction the wife provided when she rounded him up with his medical supplies and put him to work dragging logs around and laying out food. There wasn't much to do now except wait, and see who showed up in need of patching. His money was on Ignis... or Ignis's kids for sure.
"Speech"Leaving the raid rather unscathed and more injured in pride, Gilgamesh approached the area where his wife and Sakana were. The crackle of fire and the smell of food and booze made his stomach rumble. He couldn't help but smile at the sight. It really didn't bother him at all that Modesty didn't partake in raids. Keeping her safe was ideal anyway. Approaching her while nodding in Sakana's direction as he passed, Gil made sure to grab a bottle of booze and a snack for himself before sitting beside Modesty. "Not sure how we'll fare this time around. Armada was definitely ready this time," his voice is relaxed and nonchalant as he leaned back and took a swig of his drink.

Still Flurry marched herself up to the party with her tail held high and a self-pleased grin on her face. "Just means we'll need to be more prepared for when we hit them back." Flurry said as she walked up beside her father, seating herself casually, turning to her mother and Sakana. "Nothing bleeding, probably just need something for pain. Hit the ground pretty hard." Easier to just tell them now than to have either fussing over her. Not that Flurry could imagine her mother fussing over anyone but their father if that. Besides she had other things she wanted to focus on. She'd start drinking and getting really in the party mood once she'd sorted her thoughts. Was she maybe hoping she'd get to tangle with the purple girl again? Sure, she'd seemed to respond well to her own lax feelings about the whole thing. Oh shit! Flurry hadn't gotten her name.
Scald only showed up to the party to get drunk. Out of sorts and rather cranky, the boy barely looked at his father and sister. Even his sister’s chipper voice caused his ears to flick backward and his lips to tremble. What was she in such a good mood for? Letting out a huff as he slunk around the fire and came up to the side of Sakana, he made sure to grab a bottle on his way over. Taking a hearty sip and only coughing slightly as his throat burned, he smiled at the quiet boy. “Think ya coul’ take a look at my eye?” He asks as he turns his cheek to show Sakana the laceration over the top of his eye. Blood was caked into his fur and he was still having trouble with some blurry vision. ”I’ll give ya a smooch for putting me back together,” Scald pursed his lips together before smirking and taking another big swig of his booze. Sakana had quickly learned that his treatments had to not interact with alcohol too extensively or his packmates would be more than worse for wear so when Flurry approached him asking for something to help with her aches. He grabbed a small bottle of yellowish-brown liquid, a mix of turmeric and honey that he had put together earlier and offered it to the Scion. "It tastes like shit but at least y'can drink after taking it." He offered as consolation, his attention quickly being diverted as Scald sidled up beside him.
Now believe it or not, this had been more like what he was expecting to see come out of the battle between the Armada wolves and the Raiders. His tongue clicked in concern and he pulled the other boy closer to the fire so he could get a better look at the injury. Thankfully they had no shortage of seawater around so he dipped into a turtle shell he had organised earlier and wet the wound down, only offering after the fact a "This might sting a bit." Head wounds were such a pain in the ass, they just bled and bled, and kept on bleeding. "Let that dry off for a sec while I get something to try and stop the bleeding and take the edge off the sting."
