She breathed in a soft sigh as she settled down at the entrance to her den. She was glad to have a place to settle down once again, though she occasionally wondered about Ardyn and the wolves who had made up Valhalla. The pack had gone very quiet for some time, with just about everyone seemingly keeping to themselves for the most part. She did miss talking to Tel and Ardyn...but beyond that, she couldn't say she had much connection or much to miss when it came to the rest of the pack. She liked the security and safety it provided, but so far, Norad seemed to do just as well. Plus, there were pups running about! She hadn't been around pups in what felt like forever, and they certainly liked to keep the pack on their toes. Though she hadn't interacted with them yet, she did occasionally enjoy watching them from her den when she wasn't busy. Things were quiet this morning so far, but no doubt she'd hear the romping of the pups soon enough. |

The viking had been settling in well enough, the pack here seemed quiet mostly. The children running about made the man feel that empty part of himself more, but he ignored it. Soon enough those pups would be working to earn their place among the pack members. He of course would do his best to teach them to fight, though he figured they should learn basic survival as well. With auster cloaked in the beginnings of winter he was already feeling more at home. His pelt, which was thick year round, was even thicker due to the coming colds. His garnet one eyed gaze was set on the lands as he took his morning stroll. His pace was leisurely, with no destination in mind. Perhaps he was too absent minded in his wanderings this morning as he realized. His gait came to a halt as he realized he had happened upon another's den site. Shit. He was uninvited and it gave him reason to pause. Even though as head fighter of the pack he had every right to check up on the pack members, his upbringing refused to allow him to be so rude to a member of the pack. His gaze set upon the woman as she lay outside her den. He made to begin stepping away as he gave his gruff voice to her. "My apologies ma'am, didn't mean to impose upon your housing uninvited." His accent was thick as he did his best to apologize for coming uninvited to her home. Walk, "talk", Think |
