Miraculously the charcoal nymph had managed to slip out of her abductors savage paws, but not without a struggle. She would strife to free herself, writhing and twisting beneath boulders and rocks as she weaved her way through the seams of his pathetic prison. Finally she would emerge into the forest, her body battered, her bones barley unbroken, her pelt mangled, and her rump bloody with the impurity that plagued her. She looked like a hot mess, nothing close to a regal Glaciem as she did before. Luckily she had managed to keep her distance from the unknown man, which had saved her from an unplanned pregnancy. She was not completely sure why her genitalia had been bleeding profusely, but she would do her best to ignore the uncomfortable moisture until a healer could properly examine her. Her first guess was an internal injury or illness, but little did she know she had finally reached her first season. She was in heat.

She would resemble a zombie as she stumbled slowly across the borders, blood dripping from various lacerations across her body as she shuddered with each step. Her head still ached from the man knocking her out, and she would squint her eyes as she was nearly blinded by the sun against the slush snow. She had been in darkness for a week or so now, and the sudden sunlight was almost unbearable. She would almost stumble into trees and over rocks as she continued on, her head hanging low as her conscious remained completely blank. It had been blank her entire journey home, as she was traumatized by the whole experience. She would lean her back against the bark of a towering pine as she attempting to catch her breath, her breathing raspy and labored as she began coughing up what she assumed was blood and snot. Hopefully someone would stumble upon her, as she was in no state to consciously make the decision to alert someone of her return. She would attempt to aimlessly continue on, her right paw coming forth as it sunk deeply into the snow, her eyes clenched as she winced in pain.

The stench of blood was overwhelming, and her nostrils wrinkled in disgust. It wasn't the blood of some ailing animal, it was the blood of a bitch in heat. Sendoa was rather sick of it all, just why Isardis had to have all of these women around she would never understand. It only made him worn out and distracted, and nearly made her wretch. Rather reluctantly, the ice queen drifted toward the source of the scent, hoping to at least teach the female to have the common sense to wash herself and get rid of the stink. It seemed as if it had been on her for days now. With a sigh she inhaled another scent, mingled with the blood, of Liberty. Oh, if it wasn't her second favorite female in the pack - not. With a grumble the woman strode forth. If Liberty weren't enough of a pain in the ass before her heat, she was sure to become one now. As she neared she noted the female's obvious injury and weakness, and instantly grew rigid. Her demeanor shifted to that of a defensive one as she scanned the area to see if Liberty had unknowingly led her attacker right to Glaciem's borders. ?Have you been followed?? came the almost accusatory notes. ?Who hurt you?? came shortly after, in efforts to show some semblance of compassion - not that she had much for Liberty.

She would not register the queens perfume as she approached, and it was not until she spoke that Liberty's hallow gaze would rise from the blanketed snow. She had not expected Sendoa of all members to be the first to greet her, hell, she hadn't expected anyone to greet her except her coral sultan. Though Sendoa had only arrived out of the packs best interest, Liberty could not consciously calculate this conclusion, and so she would respond to her queen without any retaliation. Should she be healthy she would have realized the queen did not care about her well-being at all. If anything they were enemies, two vixens equally worthy and in love with the same deceptive man. Of course Sendoa held the upper hand being the queen, and so Liberty would be forced to give her an explanation. "No," She would utter, her voice hoarse and crippled as a wave of pain surged through her aching muscles. She had not spoken since she had screamed for help that day, but no one had bothered to come. No one had bothered to save her. Her empty gaze would remain on the queen, her mind struggling to register her defined features, her eyes wanting to avoid her emerald stare. "I don't know" If only she had known the mans name, then she could have plotted her revenge. A vague vision of his face was all she could remember, not to mention it was hard enough to process even Sendoa at this time. Her lips would quiver as she battled the overwhelming impulse to cry, tears swelling up within her eyes as she tried to remember something she could tell Sendoa that would bring her justice. Only she could not remember, and she probably never would.

Liberty answered in the negative, letting the Queen know that at least she had been smart enough not to lead her attacker back here. Not that there was probably a single wolf in Alacritia who couldn't find Glaciem. She would then utter that she didn't know her attacker, which furrowed the Queen's brow. How could one not know whom they were attacked so brutally by? Liberty stunk of her heat, which meant that it was most likely male, and which also meant there could be mutt pups for Glaciem in less than a season if he'd gotten his way. ?Were you raped?? came the stoic words, cold - uncaring. Sentiment had blossomed within her since her pregnancy, but it was all but absent when it came to Liberty. ?You're in heat. We need to get you cleaned up and looked at by a healer.? She forcefully brought herself alongside Liberty, angling her front back toward the center of Glaciem. ?Come,? she urged, allowing Liberty to lean against her if she needed or desired to. A healer meant Eris, and Sendoa knew not where the woman might be. Cautiously she would raise her lips to the sky and let loose a howl for the woman, hoping she was near enough to hear.

The woman had been heading south, and had recently came near the submerged woods, when she heard the call of a wolf. She paused in her tracks, her head lifting, ears pricking towards the sound. Sendoa. Her brow furrowed, and she turned, towards the sound. If her queen was summoning her, and only her- something had to be wrong. She would bound forward, her short legs working her into a quick lope, and she let out an answering howl. She was coming, as fast as her legs would allow. Her paws thrummed against the ground, a sense of dread and worry hitting her, as she neared and could smell blood. Her nose wrinkled at the scent- it was heat blood, and old. Who was in heat and why weren't they cleaning themselves! The older woman mentally shook her head. What a foolish girl this was! Why was the Queen there too? What had happened?

Breathless she would continue, her pace slowing as she came in sight of the cobalt Queen, and a silver woman. The scent of the wolf had been nearly masked by the overwhelming stench of blood but now that she was closer she realized who it was- Liberty She slid to a halt, panting as she neared the Queens side- it had been several minutes since she had returned her call to the queen's summons for her to arrive. "Sorry, I came as quickly as I could, Sendoa." She would acknowledge the queen politely, and her attention would turn to the young girl. " Liberty, what happened?" She asked breathlessly, moving around to sniff at the young girl. She could see obvious lacerations on her, she was hurt. That- and the mix of the young girls heat blood made her veins run with ice- had she been raped? "Can you walk?" She would question the youth. It would be easier if they could get her out of the open and into the safety of the healer's den- where Eris would have space to work. She noted that the Queen had aligned herself so that the young wolf could lean on her, and Eris quickly, took up the same position on the other side. She would be safer in the thick of the territory, away from male eyes- and away from whomever had hurt her so badly.
