Be careful making wishes in the dark
Can't be sure when they've hit their mark
Hati paced restlessly. Alone. He was always alone. No, not always, even when he was alone there was still the whisper of memories, the hint of movement at the corner of his vision that would occasionally make him whip around to see if someone was there. He knew he was mad, how could he not? But he tried to bury it, hide it from those who mattered to him. Akemi... she was gone just now, off to who knows where. That was for the best. She wasn't safe around him. Out of the whole of the world she was the one who meant the most to him, but he valued her innocence and good heart too much to sully her with his true nature. He feared he already had ruined them with one stupid, foolish spar. Too concerned with her to summon the fury to wrap around his soul like a security blanket to protect against the memories, he was assailed by them.

Daegmar. She was... different. He couldn't remember ever meeting anyone like her before. She seemed to quell the demons inside his head just by being there. No, not quell. She charmed them - the demons sat up to watch with interest when she was around. She was so much like him, but she was smart, and calm. It made him laugh to think that Loki had actually been with her, had actually sired children with her... and that she'd managed to dump the little brats in his lap for him to deal with. If he was stupid enough to get himself tangled with a woman... But Daegmar wasn't like other women, Hati had to grudgingly admit. She was more like... a guy without the jewels. A brother in arms. A wingman. Certainly he trusted no one the way he trusted her.

Together they could burn down the world and laugh about it later.

Not a bad idea actually. Hati's teeth shone against the black of his lips as a wide grin slipped over his muzzle. What sort of... fun, could he and Daegmar get into together? His mind slipped back to her at his side, the taste of blood in his mouth as they mauled that brat of a trespasser in Arcanum. His spikey pelt nearly crackled with the excitement that shot through him at the thought. Yes, Daegmar would do. She'd charm the demons, and he could live one more night.

Heavy black head rolled back, and his rough voice tolled forth, calling for his ho-bro to come wingman for a night on the town. The world could burn at their feet and he'd die happy.

"Speech"
And besides in the meantime
I'm just dreaming of tearing you apart
Hati isn't nice. He swears, he is violent, and is more than a little insane. If you can't handle what might come of that don't thread with him.

Hati wears a bear skull on his head unless otherwise stated in the post. He also has a ram's skull that might be switched in sometimes if he finds it again.
Help keep my thread list updated so your thread isn't forgotten!

Moving like a dappled twist of shadow the femme slipped silently across the snowy ground. The moon hung in the black night like a fading light. Clouds twined around it in suffocating mist, choking it's light from her emerald green eyes. Spring bubbled beneath the surface of the snow in the ever turning of the seasons but unlike most of her kind she did not welcoming the coming spring. She wanted it to remain winter. To remain cold and stark and deafeningly silent. For this was the season of her birth, the season the wolf was at the height of it's power over prey and land. Her mind was whirling with nervous energy. The full moon cast it's blood orange haze across the sky as it clawed it's way over the horizon. She needed? release. Something, anything to work her mind away from the knotted mire of thoughts that threatened to break that which she cherished most, control of herself. Chaos was fun, chaos was fantastic, but only when it was without and not within.

And then there was the matter of her young apprentice. A growl hissed between her teeth. They're last encounter had not been good. He was feeling guilt. No? he'd been ripening so likely in the light of her darker soul and now she could feel herself losing him. Since when had Glaciem gotten so soft. It was disgusting!

A howl caught D?gmar's attention and her ears flicked anxiously toward the call, wicked grin curling up around her fangs. Hati. Despite her reservations she'd found herself growing close to this man. A skilled warrior, violent, confident and unapologetic about his darker nature. She felt freer with him than she had many other wolves and while his bluntness could be a bit risky his over all demeanor entranced her. Dare she call him her friend? Her brother in some respects. If anyone could focus her mind on other things it was Hati.

Skirting along the rapids the wraith soon came into view of her male companion. "You feel it to? It's a restless night, a blood moon night. Let's find something to court this blackness with."
