Good Time For A Passerby

"Go and Wander." Said my heart.
...and so I would wander.
The woman had business here in the North, though no one else knew what it was. No, not even Othello, her best friend, yet knew of the other small fae she had met, a woman who Ellis had formed a connection with. The other girl and she had crossed paths merely by chance, after Arietta had left Glaciem. She had already started to swell, her belly telling the telltale sign of children to come. Though the other woman assured her that her mate would be there for her during time of birthing, Ellis would bring herbs for her, as well as herbs to store there, should she need a healer. The male she was with was apparently still of Glaciem, and the male would surely run for a healer. To let the woman of his children die, who would do such a thing?
So Ellis had been making trips in secret to the abandoned ship where she was. With her today she had some herbs that grew in moister soils, particularly found in Fontamo Bay. She had left early in the morning, explaining to Othello that she had to visit where she once lived and leaving the pups with her again. Bless her heart, Ellis would certainly be telling her the truth, there just hadn't been time yet, that or she had simply been distracted in helping care for all of the little ones. Her own and Othello's who she loved just as unconditionally. The woman was passing by Tortugan territory now. On the proper side of the border, so she figured all would be safe. In her mouth she carried a large leaf, the contents of herbs held within.

She would be making her way across the Tortugan borders, her legs carrying her at a fast pace, her paws working swiftly. She needed to help them. Misha needed to help Elli and Ritsuka, just as she had promised the Gods, promised herself. She knew little to nothing about healing and herbs, much less where to find them. Misha's thoughts would switch over to Elli coughing and saying something about Watercress and Valerian root. She didn't know anything about these herbs, not even what they looked like. Misha would whip her head backward, hearing a crow caw down at her loudly from a tree. The action would distract the fae, causing her to run into and collide with another wolf in front of her. Misha would roll onto the ground with a groan, closing her eyes as her head began to grow sore.

Pawsteps, coming quickly towards her, would cause Ellis' ears to perk. The woman would freeze, immediately assuming the worst, and that it was that male. The one who forced her. A loud yelp would sound at contact, herbs dropped from the leaf upon the ground. The poor small healer would lay where she fell, cowering with her paws over head head, trembling at the thought of being hurt... of being taken from her children. Or worse, having them taken from her, away from Covari, away from safety. The poor thing wasn't sure what to think, not willing herself to look at the one who she had crashed into. No, she wouldn't dare look. Not until she knew what whom it was... or was forced to do so.
