Money. Power. Glory.
The girl hated herself for it, for leaving the lands of Alacritis all too soon. And, without any word from herself, as well. She had the throne in her hands, but let it all fall apart once she had disappeared. Sinister was nowhere to be seen, and she blamed only herself for that. She had left without any notice, because she was.. Afraid of such almighty power? No. She had craved it- all of it's glory, ever since she came out of the womb. But, maybe she just wasn't.. ready. But, now the ivory sadist had matured farther into her life, and she was definitely ready.

The call of power and glory clung itself to her very being as the girl moved out to the Kennocha Lake, the face of the crystal water already frozen by now from the frigid falling temperatures of the North.

Though, Anzhelika had always liked the bone chilling aura that the tundra gave off. In the North, it was a matter of life or death to survive, you couldn't just drag your ass into the snow and expect to wake up with a platter of warm breakfast at your side.

The Ivory Queen would thrive in her ivory throne, the Northern tundra. By now, she was far more than ready, eager to grip the crown with all of her being.

The pale woman would sink to her haunches, tucking her docked tail next to her. She was ready to lead the high throne.

But who was ready to rule by her side?

She found herself back in the lands she'd once ruled, and she was bored. She perused around, her body relaxed, though her mind swirled with memories. She'd called the first pack meeting she'd held for Tortuga here. She'd called several pack meetings here- and made friends here. She'd even called for her siege- the failed one against Covari. She still burned with fury that she'd been denied her revenge, revenge that was fueled even more now. That poison had cost the lives of her children! As she thought, she wondered what had happened to Faust. The sire of those children- and the handsome devil that seemed to always render her speechless. Things with Drashiel weren't the same- as they had been with Faust, but she liked what she and her King had. It was safe, and she felt like she belonged with him. Though parts of her still missed Faust- he'd stirred all kinds of restless feelings in her, and made her feel brave enough to conquer the world. Could she really love two wolves at once?

She almost missed the scent of the other wolf- almost. She paused, her hackles raising slightly. She still felt protective of these lands- they held so many memories for her. She approached the she-wolf slowly, coming up behind her. "You do not seem to belong in the North." She commented, her voice light- though her gaze was guarded. Her tail flicked idly, above her hips- and she stood in a dominant position as she stared at the stranger.

I call her the Devil

because she makes me wanna sin

The voice behind her made the pale woman's ears swivel back, listening for some sort of familiarity to the voice. Her crown would tilt to watch an almost fully pale, enticing woman. Her looks were all killer, two simple markings of ruby and gold adorning her simple features. She hadn't met this one before-- no, she would have definitely remembered, but she smelled strongly of the Regium pack, this she wolf being the third one she had crossed paths with that held this scent.

Was Regium ruling the world now, or some shit?

The way the ivory woman would hold herself, tail in the air and her amethyst gaze narrowed slightly, the aura she gave off, she could tell she was a higher being, highly respected, like a Queen.

Her dark obsidian lips would part to greet the pale woman, her tone soft as she spoke. "Greetings, Miss." She would say in a simple set of lyrics, watching her for a possible response. Anzhelika did feel as if she fit in the cold, because it matched her soul.

Roman eyed the strange wolf- unsure of any who dared trespass into the North as if they belonged there. She already had to deal with the random pack residing here- that wasn't ruled by Armada's. She didn't like it. The other she-wolf spoke- a simple word, and Roman's ear flicked. She didn't offer greetings- but got to business. "Who are you?" She inquired. Her tone was not harsh- rather soft but it was intent in it's demand for an answer. Her shoulders rolled back slightly, as she spoke to introduce herself. "I am Roman Armada. Queen of Regium- an empire that controls territories near here." Remember the name She mentally urged. She inhaled slightly- and realized she didn't recognize any scent on this wolf. A loner- it would seem she would be. A grim smile flickered at the Queen's jaws, as her mind began to plan. Perhaps this she-wolf wouldn't be a loner when this conversation was over.

"I am Anzhelika Zinaida Rusakov," she would tell the woman almost as soon as she had asked, keeping the conversation on a flow. Roman Armada. The Leader Of Regium. "Pleasure to meet you, Roman Armada," the woman would say in a soft tone and easy set of lyrics, her crown dipping in respect for the woman. "I've heard a bit of Regium.. Is it.. Powerful?" The question would drip from her lips in a question set in curiosity, her gaze of topaz and amethyst orbs watching the Queen Of Regium calmly as she awaited her response. She was eager to learn more about Regium, her curiosity growing deeper in the presence of it's Queen.

Even if this wolf was a stranger, she at least had manners. That much Roman noted. She also noted her name- her very large name. Anzhelika Zinaida Rusakov. Roman nodded at the name- and spoke. "Charmed- I'm sure." She noted her nod of respect, it was something she didn't miss. Anzhelika spoke and Roman's ears perked slightly. Inwardly she felt pleased that word of Regium was getting around, and she spoke to address the woman's questions. "Powerful? Regium is rather new- at least under my rule. When my father ruled it- under another name of course, it was the most powerful pack in the land. It faltered some during my absence after he gave up his crown to my younger sister. Then I returned, and it is scaling its way back to being the most powerful pack in the land." She wouldn't lie and say they were the most powerful- no they were tenuously clinging to the thread, but they were getting stronger. "It won't be long until I've whipped them into such a shape that they'll be the most powerful force in all of Alacrititis." She said matter-of-factly. It wasn't Athena's fault that the pack had lost power- it was the flip flopping of crowns and the illnesses that had struck the land. That didn't matter now- Roman would raise them from the ashes.

The words this pale Queen spoke were a melody to the ears of the white demon, a dip of her crown when her words were finished. "I must say, Regium strikes my fancy," she would say, parting her dark obsidian lips to speak again. "I was part of Abaven, once upon a time. Bass saved my life, actually.." She would say, recalling back to the land flooding with dark, murky water. Her gaze would move to the ground, and the scene would play inside of her mind..

Water had begun flowing into her den, first a small trickle, then a wave all at once. She could still remember the fear that resided within her mind, as the water flooded quickly into her home. She had picked a den close to the lake shore, making the ivory Queen all the more vulnerable to the river flood. She could still hear the silent prayers ring out in her mind for someone, anyone to help her in such a stressful situation. Finally, there would be Bass, rescuing the damsel in distress. She was thankful with her life for him, appreciating his actions to save a woman as herself.

"But I left the lands when I left Abaven, trying to find some peace, I guess." She would say, continuing the conversation. "But, now I have returned, and actually I am looking to reside in a pack, perhaps a respectable rank, even," Anzhelika would say, glancing up at Roman with a soft chuckle escaping her lips. "Tell me, Miss Armada.. Do you possibly have room for another? One who would help you bring Regium back, to the top in the whole lands of Alacritis?"

As the strange she-wolf begin to speak, Roman's ears pricked with interest. She was in Bass's pack? Roman and Bass had never gotten very far into speaking of their... alliances. He was friendly enough- hell he'd been there when she'd miscarried even if she still hadn't quite remembered all the details to how he'd gotten there. Roman wondered 'why' Anzheika had left Abaven. Was there trouble in paradise? "Bass saved your life... and then you left his pack. Why?" Roman would ask curiously. As the lady went on to speak- Roman got the idea that perhaps she looked for an easy rank. She wouldn't find ranks just handed out in Regium- wolves earned them, most would bleed for them. Roman's brow cocked slightly, as she considered this and spoke. "Regium always has a place for worthy wolves... the question is- What makes you worthy?"
