The mountain air suited the Titan, the cool air was perfect for his body mass and disposition, but he knew his siblings did not feel the same way. He had done some exploring in the worlds below and was yet to find a place for his family to settle. He returned to their side early, reluctant to leave his brothers and sisters for too long. It was early morning and he could easily here the rhythmic sounds of their deep breathing. Gale was the closest to the door of their cave and he eased himself inside and nuzzling her side gently he placed his Titanic weight beside her, dwarfing the littler wolf and sharing with her his steady warmth.

He glanced towards his other little sister and gentle earth brother and saw no sign of Voltage, he felt no worry for his litter brother as he stood guardian over their siblings.
He waited like that for Gale to wake, waiting for the chance to show her some of the world that he had discovered.

Walk | Talk  | Think

Gale was content, sleeping away within the coziness of her family's little alcove on the mountain. It was not quite the perfect little place - when she and the rest of her littermates were within it left very little room for her older brothers - but they were making it work. And of course Glacier never complained. He cared too much for the safety of the younger ones to think of giving any value to his own comfort and sacrificed it in order to keep them all here together where they seemed to have settled nicely. It was only a temporary home, she reminded herself time and again; one day they would eventually move somewhere else that would suit the lot of them without anyone being left to sleep under the stars unless of their own choosing. Until then, they were getting by.

No matter what the rest of her siblings felt, the grey and lavender lady was content. She liked their set up, liked being able to choose to sleep curled up inside the den with her brother and sister or to spend a night outside watching the skies when the weather was nice and her elder brother permitted it. This night she had taken up a position just inside their alcove, as if needing seeking a sort of balance between her need to be out in the open and curled up tight with her family.

She was unaware of the early morning venture her brother had gone off on, and only knew of his return when she felt his big, lumbering body settle down beside her own. Gentle as he wished to be, it was impossible for him not to jostle her a bit as he got into place, and Gale drew in a sleepy breath as her pale, grey-green eyes opened just enough to catch the silvery white and midnight blue of his pelt pressed against her. His warmth drew her to him, causing her to shift once he had fallen still to scoot closer, her cheek nuzzling into the softness of his fur. "You know, Tiny, for a big block of ice, you make an awfully good body warmer," she mumbled drowsily and contentedly, her words half muffled by being spoken partly through his thick fur.

He would feel his little sister stir as he placed his bulk beside her, and his lips would twitch into a smile as she gravitated towards his warmth, pressing further into his side. She would further show her rise to wakefulness as she spoke, and her nickname for her Titanic brother wuold also show its face. He chuckled softly beneath his breath, weary of waking their other siblings as he nudged her forehead gently with his muzzle. “Did I wake you, stormy giant”  he teased in a whisper, hearing the sleepiness in her tone. He curved his soft tail to wrap about the smaller wolf as he spoke, keeping otherwise still so she would not lose her comfortable place. “When you wake, I would like to show you something” he added on softly, thinking of the frozen lake he had ventured to and the sights of the world beyond, thinking she might like the view as much as he had.

Walk | Talk  | Think

The little grey and lavender wolf felt as much as heard the chuckle that whispered from her brother, half smiling to herself at her ability to humor him. It was always a good day when she could make the rest of them smile, especially when it was intentional. She drew in a deep breath and released it in a heavy sigh as he asked about waking her, and unwilling to lie to him, she mumbled, "A little," through his fur, refusing to move in order to make her speech more coherent. Despite being roused from sleep, having Glacier beside her was terribly comfortable, and Gale did not want to risk her chance of falling asleep cozily at his side because of having to make herself heard. If she kept this up, maybe he would even stop talking and let her sleep more.

But sleep was the last thing on his mind, it seemed. In fact, it was something else entirely, something that he had to tell her then he wished to share with her, but only after she had woken up. A pale, grey-green eye cracked open narrowly, curiosity getting the better of her. Just what had Glacier found that he needed to wake her up in order to show her then rather than wait for morning to fully come and she wake up on her own? Assuming it must have been something important - boy, it better have been - Gale shifted to stretch, murmuring, "I'm awake," as she finished her stretch and drew herself still sleepily to her paws. There could always be time for a nap later.

His little sister was down right adorable when she was sleeping, she was such a little thing, they all where really since he was only one among them to get the giant gene. He couldn't see her expression, buried as she was in his fur but he swear he could feel a twitch of a smile on her lips as he spoke. Her mumbled words where barely audible and he could vaguely hear a “ah shitle” that he was able to translate.

The giant brute was utterly unaware of his sisters adorable little wish to sleep, but even without knowing he was still able to perfectly destroy that – that's what brothers where for after all, right? He would watch as Gale reluctantly pulled herself from his warm coat – he radiated heat with the best of him, with his heavy bulk and thick fur, it made him the best heater amongst his family.

“Hi my little awake, sha'll we then?” he said, mocking a gentleman's voice and offering her his shoulder to lean on, through her own shoulder was far below his in height, with that he was ready to lead the way back to the frozen. It wasn't a long walk, which was how he hadn't been gone from his family too long. The siblings walked down the mountain and made their way to the little peace of serenity he had found. It felt different stepping back here without the Little Mouse around, but it special in its own way to share it with his little sister. He took a step onto the thick ice and waited to see if his sister did the same.
