Aláwo had never quite felt like she belonged with the tribe. It wasn't that she completely disagreed with them, she'd learnt by now that they believed the very same things that she did but they were strangers in the same world and her biased opinion cold-hearted ones. They had been kind enough to her, but a twisted kindness, you could tear a child from their father and then act like nothing was wrong. It simply wasn't right. So whilst some had made an effort, she had always recoiled from the extended hand, sunk back into her own isolation.

She didn't mind the quiet so much, in fact Aláwo liked it when no one bothered her and she'd had that wonderful peace for so long now, so long that this tranquillity had grown eerie and worrisome, even to her. It made her do something she never thought she would have done, look for anyone within the tribe, the important figures especially. But scents were scattered and faded, she couldn't track any of them really together and though she still had no idea what had really happened, she knew that the tribe was broken in some way. What this meant for her she was uncertain, was she free, could she look for her father now without disobeying his wishes or the tribes? She had decided that was a yes, she had spent much of the Winter, Spring and even early part of Summer searching for him though there hadn't been any sign of him within their homelands. Had he travelled to the Northern continent?

That single thought left here where she was now, standing at the Southern end of the Bifröst, staring down the stretch of lands not quite able to make her feet move. One thing she had agreed with the tribe on was the Northern wolves. Though she had never had the misfortune of meeting one, Aláwo feared them and was worried about what they would do to the tribe. Perhaps they had been the reason for the mysterious disappearances. Had the tribe found some way to escape them but not managed to grab everyone? Aláwo doubted she would ever know. What she did know however was that she had to continue her search for her own happiness and sanity, would she really find something familiar in those unfamiliar lands? There was only one way to find out, and with that her first step would finally be taken.

The female was already feeling..something, her stomach aching every few moments. Her white paws carried her slowly across the land, stopping each time her stomach ached and sometimes glancing at the water, her good eye widening as she stared at her reflection. Well, it seemed that something was happening to the female, although Silveris wasn't sure if it really meant 'puppies', although that was one thing she really hoped for. The brown and white female was content in her own way. She could still imagine puppies running around, tripping them as they tried to walk, and all the experiences.

At the sight of another wolf, Silveris froze in her tracks, her brown fur rising a little as the to be mother, although she didn't know it just yet, wondered if the female would do anything that would hurt her. Silveris backed away a little, hesitant at the thought of moving closer to the female. She wouldn't be so afraid if she had been with her mate, but the female had went to see if there was anything that would make for a good den. Something safe would do good, so the pups that may be part of their family wouldn't get hurt, and somewhere where she could keep an eye on them.

Up ahead now she could see a figure approaching. The Bifröst bridge was wide enough that Aláwo could have easily passed by though it would of course be deemed rude not to acknowledge the presence of the other, not to mention the Southern girl was suddenly rather wary about the idea of turning her back on this stranger. She had travelled from the Northern continent it seemed though it didn't necessarily mean she was a Northern wolf, wolves had travelled back and forth countless times now, it was a wonder she had managed to avoid them so far.

Body language was surely the same regardless of whether you came from the Northern or Southern continent however and the way the brown woman stopped in her tracks and backed up slightly not to mention the rising tension certainly wasn't about to make Aláwo relax any time soon. Now growing wary her own stance would change, body lowering, hackles bristling as green eyes carefully watched the other. "Lọ kuro." Or what? Even Aláwo found herself wondering what her big threat was really going to be. As long as she seemed serious enough about this little request though, that would hopefully be all that mattered.

The younger female seemed a little aggressive, and maybe even afraid of Silveris, and so the brown and white female moved away more. If the other decided to attack, then Silveris would be able to escape fairly quickly, never having learned anything about fighting, and not wanting to, either. Fighting was nothing to look forwards to, not for Silveris. Ears flattening, the older female stopped when she heard words that she didn't really understand, her head tilting in confusion. What was the other female saying; was it a warning of some sort, or was the other wolf trying to just talk to her? Silveris was pretty sure that it was the first, and the female was about to turn her head and walk away before she froze. No. She wasn't going to leave, if that's what the other wanted. She had done nothing to this wolf.

Of course, she wouldn't say anything rude to this wolf, either. Instead, the brown and white female sighed, her eyes rising to meet the other's, even if she couldn't see out of one. Keeping her voice calm, Silveris spoke.

"I'm sorry, miss. I don't understand."

The stranger would back away slightly though it seemed that she wouldn't heed Aláwo's words. She'd stop once more, the distance between them was somewhat reassuring though the Southern girl still felt rather nervous about the entire ordeal this wolf didn't exactly scream friend to her, not that anyone tended to these days anyway. And it would only go downhill from there.

The wolf looked somewhat confused and the reasoning became clear as she spoke. Aláwo of course couldn't understand a word that the other said either, immediately leading her to the conclusion that this stranger was a Northern wolf certainly not to be trusted. She may have spoken relatively calmly though that little detail alone wouldn't be enough to calm her. Her stance would shift to a more defensive one now, lower still to the ground as her lips pulled back slightly, teeth revealed.

"Ariwa-ìyà. O yẹ ki o ko ni le sunmọ wọnyi mimọ-gan." What use was it though, there would certainly be no conversations held, neither could understand a word the other said. A growl would sound instead, universal it's threat would be clear. She felt already in danger being near this wolf but feeling cornered, she would fight if she had to.

Silver's ears flattened as the other female growled, and Silveris stopped for a moment, her tail between her legs as she knew the other female could probably hurt her. Her eyes lowered, as she considered going back to Emery and calling her hunt a day. It was probably hormones, but the growl made the usually sweet female a little angry, because she hadn't done anything to the other wolf. And she wasn't going to let the wolf just make her leave, even if she didn't move a muscle until the other wolf left. A soft growl escaped her jaws, her eyes narrowing a little, even if she wasn't planning on really fighting.

Silveris sat down heavily, feeling like her stomach swelled out more than it probably did, and stayed there. She wasn't going to do anything that would harm her, even if it meant that she had to find a way out of a fight, maybe by running or something like that. Her gaze was focused on the place past the other female, hoping that the other wolf would understand that Silveris wasn't going to fight.

The other wolf still wouldn't move, though the Northerner let a low growl sound in response otherwise she seemed relatively harmless. Body language was the same for them both, Aláwo could understand the brown woman's actions even if she couldn't her words.

The problem was that she still didn't trust them. For all she knew this was some sort of trick, she would act all innocent and then suddenly attack. Or perhaps it was a trap, she had a tribe of her own that had captured the Southern wolves, taken them from their lands to steal and destroy. What a vivid imagination she had developed in her mistrusting nature, mind wildly spinning various insane circumstances, reasons for what was happening in the world. Life hadn't been too kind to her, she probably had a reason to be wary though surely only more danger lay in stock if she carried on down paths like this.

She gave up trying to speak to the other, clearly the words were not getting through to her and were as useless as the Northerner's attempts to speak to her. Stance however would not budge, she remained on edge, body tense and ready for a fight if the woman made one wrong move.

Silveris simply kept still, her gaze meeting the female's as she thought of how she could get past the wolf and out of the way before she could attack. Silveris got to her paws, making her way closer to the female, close enough that she could run by and get to the rest of the place fairly quickly. The brown and white female sighed, and, in an instant, she was running. The thing was, Silveris was running towards the other wolf, trying to keep a distance between the two. Her white paws carried her past the other woman, their pelts brushing possibly being the only thing. Now past the female, she backed away quickly, afraid that the other would try and attack her. She held the female's gaze as she moved towards the direction she had been headed in.

It was foolish to run into fire and yet that seemed to be this crazed woman's plan right now. Aláwo certainly loved the lands behind her but surely someone couldn't actually be so desperate as to charge towards a clearly agitated and annoyed wolf stood in the path leading towards them. Apparently they could.

The action certainly wouldn't do anything to calm Aláwo's nerves. Though no sign of attack had been given the black female would still take the forward motion as a sign of aggression, a reason to finally stop messing around and do something about this woman. Perhaps it was foolish to be so scared of these Northern wolves, they had given her no reason to fear them so far other than the stories that had been shared around the tribe. Aláwo couldn't help it though, and now she had no choice in her own mind but to protect herself.

Her stance was wide, knees bent to lower her centre of gravity and toes splayed, gripping the earth beneath them and muscles tightening in anticipation. Her tail flicked into position to align with her spine as her shoulders rolled back and hackles rose further as she dipped her chin to protect her throat. Her ears were pinned tightly back against her skull now, eyes narrowed and lips curled back into a snarl, the skin around her features wrinkling and teeth clearly bared now.

The danger drew closer now, drawing up on Aláwo's right. At least the woman didn't seem to be heading right towards her, though sense had left her long ago and she wasn't taking any chances. She was going to attack. Stepping a little to her right, Aláwo moved forwards to try meet Silveris and block her from passing by. Her balance would shift to her back legs as she attempted to wrap her forelegs around Silveris's shoulders, aiming to drive her weight down to try disrupt Silveris's balance.

Aláwo's jaws were significantly less accurate in their attack. Ideally she intended to find somewhere to sink her teeth in on the side left side of Silveris's face, cause some further damage to the already blinded and scarred side, though with her lack of skill and panic taking over she had no specific target in mind and at this rate could likely land anywhere from ear to muzzle, from top of head to the jaw. Whether instinct or common sense, one thing Aláwo did do was keep her own neck tucked to protect her throat.
