The Donestrea Giant had a lot of catching up to do. Voltage had had brought him up to speed on some of the going ons in the pack, and it was good to see that most of the members had settled into a rank already by this point and he knew of at least Terrae making an effort to settle into his job – this Glacier knew first hand. It seemed he had given his brother a chance to learn on the job with a subject, because of course that was why Glacier had chosen to set himself up to be den-bound for weeks... Glacier had no intention of sitting idle any longer, he had things to do, people to see.. new commers to threaten. He had heard of Astrea's new friend, and it was time that Glacier delivered the expected death threat to the young man courting his sister. It was odd to realise he had never even met the man that had cought his sisters eye. The Titan would be fixing that right now, and even as he excited his den he would raise his head and howl for the brute by the name of Seerten "Speech"

He was stretching his long legs, trotting by the shore when the howl called out for him. It was a man that he didn't know by voice, but he could guess by the sound of authority that it was the eldest brother of all. Long fluffy wolf tail curled as his head rose, mismatched ears pulling forward. Mmm, he had a feeling that there was a big talk coming his way. Letting out a small chuckle he made his way up towards the huge, big blue wolf. Seerten's chocolate brown eyes grew wide, there wasn't a wolf yet that he had met who was taller than himself. Ten was forty inches, and this brute was at least five inches taller than himself. He let out a short huff, and then shook his head slowly. This must be Glacier, the one that Astrea had told had hurt himself protecting his family. "Glacier, I assume?" He said slowly, after several heartbeats of pause. As always, of course. The strange coated male sat in front of the massive blue man, his wolf tail curling over his short haired sides. "I am glad to see you out and about, I heard what had happened." He hummed thoughtfully, head nodding slightly as he apraised the large brute. He had to admit, he was still slightly shocked at the sheer size of the wolf. "Speech"

The titan had only a short wait before the boy he had called for appeared, and for once Glacier didn't have to look down to meet another wolfs eyes, there was only a few inches difference between the males. It would be the stranger who spoke first, identifying the Giant by name, and the blue brute would let his lips twitch lightly in amusement. Glacier did after all stand out in his family when it came to height, through all of them where unique when it came to their coats. Seerten matched them in that regard. His white color and black spots where strange to find in a wolf, and the change of texture in his coat spoke of the half breed genetics he boosted. “Seerten” Glacier reply in turn, dipping his head lightly in a courteous greeting. “Thank you” he would say in response to the other boy's concern, his words customarily short and simple until he let himself get to the matter at hand, that was too important for him to do anything less then explain himself fully. “I've heard that your courting my sister Astrea? We are a very family orientated pack and well we have yet to welcome a stranger into the ranks of family we are open to the idea, are your intentions to marry her and become family, Seerten?” he asked softly. "Speech"

It would seem that he was not the only one to know his name, Glacier spoke his own as well. He dipped his head to accept it, telling him he was correct. He was thanked for his words, and Ten said nothing in response. There was no need for him to talk much, Seerten knew that there was something that this man had called him here for. And soon it did come, asking if he was courting Astrea. A soft glow came to his chocolate eyes, his cheeks flushing at the very thought of his little princess. At the last question, the boy blinked for several moments, his common silence falling before he spoke. "I care very much for your sister, Glacier. I have asked Voltage's permission to court her, although he told me that I should ask her myself," he said with a soft chuckle. "but... I love her, Glacier." he bit his lip slightly, cheeks growing very hot. He hadn't told her that yet, and didn't think he would for a little bit. "My intentions are to settle down with her, to start a family, yes. But... I would like to continue to court her first." Each pause lasted for several moments, he was obviously thinking over each word before he spoke them. "I am a year older than her, but we are still only two and three years old. I would like to wait a little bit before we truly settle down. I have no intentions of straying, sir. " Seerten's tail thumped on the earth a few times, a smile on his muzzle. It would be the very last thing on his mind to cause her any harm at all. "Speech"

Well at first the other boy seemed embarrassed but happy to be called out on courting astrea, it would quickly turn to suprise as glacier asked what his intentions where. He could see that seerten was considering everything carefully before he spoke and glaciers eyes would brighten with approval. Seerten would go so far as to admit he loved astrea, through glacier expected nothing less from someone courting his shy star gazer. Despite her withdrawn personality she was easy to love, and anyone spending much time with her would fall to that emotion he was sure. Well... It could also be that he was biased, all his siblings where easy to love and he did so wholly.

"You speak well for yourself seerten, and I approve. Although I'm sure it goes without saying, that wellll I give some allowances for the fraility of the heart, if you hurt her you will have hell to pay" he spoke conversationally, pleasantly even despite the seriousness of his words. He would not begrudge his siblings their choices, but he would always protect them. He liked seerten however, he liked how the boy spoke of his sister how he had chosen to move to this pack to be with her and how he intended to eventually settle down with her. Yes, seerten would be a great addition to the pack and would have a friend in glacier.

The man's voice was calm when he spoke, even though he knew that the big man would indeed hunt him down if he hurt her. "I have no intentions of harming her, ever. If I do I give you full permission to hunt me down." He said softly, and easy grin on his muzzle. Of course he wasn't going to harm her, never. He hadn't felt this way about another wolf before, and it was going to last for the rest of his life. He just knew it. Seerten was full of vast amounts of knowledge, but this time it wasn't his brain that was telling him the facts, but his heart. He knew that his mother would approve of his sweet Star Goddess if she were still around. The endless longing to have the two meet would not fade away any time soon, the unanswered question of her whereabouts plaguing his mind. "Now that I have you here, would it be okay to change the topics up a bit?" He asked, his head tilting to the side slightly. "It is in regard to my rank. I know that I am a Noti right now, but I would like to find a more... helpful position here. However, I unfortunately know little about what ranks make up our home." His chocolate brown eyes took on an almost sheepish look as he admitted his lack of knowing, something that he certainly was not used to. "Speech"

Glacier chuckled at Seerten's response, at least the boy seemed certain he would do nothing to hurt the Titan's sister, and the brute had to give him points for sincerity and good intent. Of course, because he didn't intent to now didn't mean it was something that might never happen, and he would of course keep an eye on the two to ensure his sisters well being – through he would also balance that with giving them privacy and respecting any decisions Astrea made. Man, the life of being a brother wasn't an easy one. Seerten would speak again and Glacier would raise his eyes to settle back on the boy, pulling himself from his thoughts. The Dalmatian-Wolf cross would ask permission to change the subject, and Glacier was barely nodding his approval before he was moving on. “That's a fair question, and good to see you approaching it. In honest truth our ranks reflect our nature and are their more to suit our family best more then anything else, but in saying that its not impossible for you to find your place.” he nodded his head and plunged on into an explanation of the ranks. “Teniuem are our fighters, there to ensure the safety and security of the pack. Tarna are our healers and Vilendis are our hunter, like many packs, through we have a few other specialized ranks for our situation and family, such as Aqaelus, the position Locha holds, where her duty is to ensure the safety of wolves swimming, and the defense of that part of our border, that no wolf crosses our land that way.” it was a lengthy explanation, but gave Seerten an idea. "Speech"
