Contemplating little ones

Glacier laughed softly at the little one's reaction, he had to admit he was utterly defenseless to the charms of the young, but he was also totally lost, he did not know how to care for and look after one that set him thinking, was it something that came naturally when you had a litter of your own, or did you blunder on and hope for the best? He watched as the pup found it much easier to tear into the food after Glacier's assistance. The Alpha sat down on the earth and waited a while, wondering if this little adventure might not just get them both into trouble. He would have to clean up the little one and bring it back home before either of them where caught...
The Alpha grinned at the thought, he felt like a kid weary about getting into trouble.
