Set Fire To The Rain

As he waited for her to move, he remained still. He shifted his weight on his feet in order to focus is center of gravity - which proved to be the right move when she came in rushing toward him. Hind legs quickly coiled just enough to propel him forward, into her thrust and used his weight against her lighter frame. He had the larger mass after all. He aimed to make the collision hurt, to use her speed and attack against her by thrusting his right shoulder into her attack. Granted he would bruise, but his larger mass and weight should give him the upper hand.
With his ears still pinned down to reduce any chance of them tearing, even if she seemed to have no intent on maiming for the time being, he shifted his weight after the collision to remain firmly on his toes. Sliding his right foot out just enough to keep him up, which had also gave him enough room to push out with momentum on that same foot. Pushing on his right foot, he went in as if he was hoping from one foot to the other, again just using his weight more than anything, while swinging his head in the same direction he was going in - to his left.
Lowering his head, he aimed to hit her left side of the head. Squinting his eyes to prevent damage to them, he even crinkled his nose to create as much barrier for them as possible. The attack was to daze her, hit her hard enough on the temple - possibly end his fight quickly without injuring her too much and causing a fuss to whatever pack she may belong to. Although she didn't seem to hold the scent of a pack, he was certain she may have loved ones who would avenge any injuries...
For the time being, he had to fly just under the radar. This wasn't the time to cause much ruckus. Not yet anyways.
