Ashmedai walked beside his mother. He kept his tail low now, his lips parted in a loose smile. He was excited, though he did his best to hide it. This was serious, he realized. A real fight with real consequences. He had to be on his top game and show everyone that he could be just as strong as any other wolf, and hopefully even stronger. Ash focused on breathing with every few steps to keep himself quiet. As they came to the border, the Abaven alpha called out and Ashmedai let out a quiet, excited whine as his tail swung back and forth. His mother shifted and Ash became still very quick. Right. Serious. They crossed into the pack and Ashmedai felt the electric buzz in the air. Serious. Ready. EXCITED!
