Day after day, she grew more comfortable and accustomed to her rogue wanderings, being quite surprised with how pleasant this new life had turned out to be. Not that the effects of her former pack's challenge had completely worn off, as it drained a lot of her mental energy to stuff her depression into the depths of her mind. Sometimes she forgot all about it, and her day became more brighter though when the thoughts returned she found herself overwhelmed with guilt for abandoning her family. There was nothing she could do about the problem, really. As much as she held her hopes up, her previous home wasn't coming back any time soon. Only stale scents lingered across the falls, as she had seen for her very eyes. And so she had fled from the East, trying to start afresh.
Her sauntering had brought her to the tip of the continent, where she could distinguish steep slopes through the deciduous trees. The plan was to reach the edge of the cliff, where she hoped to get a satisfying view of the ocean that snaked inland. She was one for picturesque landscapes, and ever since she had found herself free to venture anywhere she desired, it had become her objective to see as much of the lands as possible. Scenery had a way of taking her mind off things. Whilst trekking through the terrain, voices from a close distance away caught her attention. As she slowed, her ears pricked, turning towards the intriguing sounds. Silently padding closer to the source in order to investigate, the scent of prey blood flooded her hunter's nose, making her empty stomach rumble longingly. Pushing the hunger aside, her gaze looked ahead to find two forms that seemed to be bickering with each other. It wasn't her business to snoop around in other individuals' dilemmas, though was drawn to them anyway. Besides, it had been some time since she had talked with anyone. "Is there a problem?" she eloquently inquired as her alabaster body swept out from the trees, approaching the two. One of them was a wolf of similar stature to her long-lost brother - a little intimidating at first sight. Then there was a strange...creature beside him, one she had never seen before.
