Afrit couldn't help but be excited since it wasn't often that she got to meet wolves outside of the pack. Since she was a yearling now it made it easier for her to travel - she no longer would get in trouble for leaving pack lands. Of course she was reluctant to go far since she wanted to be around her every dwindling family. Their father was gone and she was worried about their mother. She'd grown quiet as well as a few of their siblings, or maybe it was just her? She hadn't seen enough of them lately which was saddening, so she stuck close just in case she was needed. So meeting Heather was a nice refreshing change of pace. She listened as she explained why she was here, but it was the princess bit that really got her attention. Her tail waved more wildly behind her at the thought that she was meeting someone of royalty. Afrit certainly wasn't a princess, she wasn't the heir to Talis anyways, but her mother had been an alpha. Did that even count? "Oh, I'm just exploring. I want to be a warrior when I get older!"
