He trudged along hoping that it wouldn't take him long to find one of his sisters. He needed some cheering up because he really hated to feel this low. He was hoping that maybe he could get a visit with his nieces and nephews too because he knew the little balls of energy would easily cheer him up and for a while numb the grief and the sorrow. Just thinking about their bright little faces was enough to bring a smile to his face. He couldn't wait and could only hope that he would see them soon.
Lost in his thoughts the young male hadn't realized that Zuriel was nearby, in fact he was quite oblivious until she called out to him breaking him from his thoughts. He stopped and looked around until his eyes landed on her. A bigger smile crossed his face seeing that she was alive, thriving, and looking good for being gone so long. He couldn't even remember the last time he had spoken to her. His tail wagged as she approached and continued to when she stopped a foot away.
"I'm glad to see you and to see that you are doing so well," he said before closing the distance and gently embracing her like he would with his other sister. He then pulled away and looked to her. "How are you liking Faite's pack? By the sounds of it this pack seems like a great home."
