He took a seat in front of her as she replied about how she was doing. Lais had already been told by Faite about the pups, but Lais didn't want Zuriel to know that. She would tell him when she saw fit, besides she had to take a trip to Celestial at some point. He was already feeling a little less punky now that he was talking with Zuriel, but he knew once her mood grew sour with his news he would be feeling down again. He knew she would be upset and when Faite heard the news then she would be too, but they had to know. They were family after all.
His tail wagged back and fourth even when she asked him how he was doing. There was plenty of negative ways that he could answer the question to dwell on all the depressing things going on in the pack. Yes he would need to tell her of the deaths, but he didn't want to dwell on how quiet the pack was and how depressed he had been.
"I've been okay and well the pack has been really quiet. I assumed both you and Faite have been busy over here with this new pack. I've actually come to visit both of you since Reg is still healing and getting himself ready to kick the pack into gear," he said.
The wound of his father's passing was still vary fresh in the young lad's mind and it still hurt to even think of his father not being here, but dad wanted to desperately be with mom and he finally got his wish. He sighed before his ears dropped flat against his head.
"Unfortunately I've brought more bad news. Father has passed, to join mother in the afterlife and Creed's brother has also passed. Rass and Keiryn are still missing," his voice was quieter as he told her the news and his gaze dropped to the earth.
