She relaxed when it became very obvious that he was a well intentioned, if excitable, male. She smiled and nodded in agreement when he mentioned that it was a small world. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Dragon." Meeting someone new was always a great distraction and she certainly happy to have something else to think about for a moment. Her brows lifted with surprise when he asked about Ganta as well. She chuckled and replied, "Well, I'm surprised we haven't met yet if you know Heather and Ganta. Yes, I know Ganta. He's my mate. We lead Dragoste together." It was most certainly small world. She forgot sometimes that Ganta went out of the pack a lot more than she usually did so she really shouldn't be so surprised that he had met more wolves out in the world than she had. She glanced up when she heard the flutter of wings, soon followed by the feeling of Abbey's small talons clinging to the thick fur on her scruff. She smiled a little and looked back to Dragon. She was so used to tan cardinal's random appearances that it didn't phase her at all. She caught the scent of a pack on his fur, but it wasn't one she was familiar with. "Do you live in a pack over that way?" she asked as she motioned with her muzzle toward the land bridge she had been eyeing before. Perhaps he knew more about that area and could tell her about it before she went searching that way. |
