Down The Road

Ronen was surely and most definitely lost... He wasn't sure which way was home... Nor had he found a single trace of his brother. He felt hopeless... Like he'd been doing everything for nothing. A sigh left the young man's lips as he lay at the base of an oak tree. He hadn't been hunting well either, too worried about what was happening with his family than to worry much about himself. Ronen wanted to see Etain again... See their mother and father... He sighed heavily, ears twitching as the wind blew through the trees. He hadn't noticed the scents of the strangers, instead his melancholy gripping him in a tight embrace. He just wanted to go home....
