She had found him, had tracked him down. Finally, finally she'd worked up the courage; she'd approached her brother, the love of her life and demanded he follow her. She hadn't left any room for him to argue with her and then she'd marched off, only ever stopping to quickly glance behind her to make sure he was still following. Finally she'd moved them both far enough away, far enough from their family and the stupid fucking mess that was everything to do with their family. They were out, in the open and she couldn't be bothered anymore. Tonight one way or the other she was going to prove to herself and to the world the love she shared with her brother, and fuck if anyone saw. The woman spun around, rounding on him, her anger and her sadness and her desperation mingling into a ball that sat in the pit of her stomach. "Fuck me!" She demanded, this was how they'd always done it. Talking things out had never been their way, whenever one of them needed reassurance they'd simply been ready to bed them... and right now more than anything that was what Mammon felt she needed. |
