He had been moderately mute for the last season or two, mostly coming back to the den nightly to lay beside his sister and even in the midst of their cuddles the tension was radiating off of him as she caught on to his harsh feelings. It wasn't something he was necessarily hiding, but not anything he wanted to talk about. Sathanus had told him that Samael slayed the "all powerful being" Abba, and gave the severed head to Mammon which she had buried beneath the place they once claimed as home. He wouldn't think twice if it were truth or not, it just didn't settle with him well. The "great news" Sam would bring to his children, which he in fact failed to tell Levi even if he was waiting for an opportune moment, it wasn't the way Levi or the rest of his siblings cared to bring the beast down. They all wanted their share of mutilation to the God, none of which was given the glory to do so. Mammon had grabbed him during one of his runs which was all he had been doing for months now was training. He'd only stare at her as she near-rampaged and only give her a few steps ahead before following after her as commanded. Not as close as the two had previously been, anyone could tell by looking at them that they weren't on one good level. But somehow they still made it day-by-day as a partial whole. Her spin around wouldn't startle him one bit, she demanded to be fucked and although the stench of her heat had filled his air for the last couple weeks, he'd act as if nothing had changed and his sex drive was at it's lowest. Not true of course, but as he was remolding into a more "sophisticated" man, it was easier for him to control his urges. He'd look at her for some few seconds with a narrowed gaze, silent, before turning away from her and lifting his paw into a motion as if pushing her away. He knew she wouldn't like it. Hell, she'd probably burn the whole world from his subtle gesture. But as if his long-term actions hadn't told her their relationship was strained, him denying her would make it so much worse. |
