Initially, he hadn't been sure if he wanted to go watch the fight called for his nephew. As much as he felt inclined to ignore it and let his nephew learn the hard way, part of him couldn't ignore it. After finding that Cloud had come to Abaven for a few moments, Ace found himself following his other nephew to the battlefield. With his foxes in tow, the trio arrived to find the fight had already started. Crimson gaze watched Tyranis and the male he had met before. It was a curious sight to see the one who had been taken prisoner fighting for the pack, and although he didn't know what had been going on within Ero, he came to the conclusion that Hannibal and Tyranis were far from friendship.

He made his way closer to Cloud and Corentine, though some distance apart as he watched the fight. Would his nephew remember some of the things he had tried to teach him? Despite his misgivings about the boy and his ways, especially under Elias' influence, he stood in silent support. Ace didn't see Elias nor had he scented any sign of him at all in recent times, much less since their own fight on the mountain. Could it be his brother did abandon his son once again? Ace didn't doubt that one bit. And had tried to warn Ty...still. His quarrel was more with his brother, and he hoped Ty knew by now that he only wanted what was best for him, even if he did often sound like a broken record. The demons his brother adamantly believed in didn't exist. Did Tyranis know that now?

Good luck. A silent encouragement, but one nonetheless. Ace wasn't one to hold a grudge without good cause. Tyranis, after all, had not been the one that murdered Domina, nor had he raped anyone as far as he knew..
