Valkyrie was forgotten. With the world still reeling in his sights, Azazel and Artur seemed to become the same wolf, separating and rejoining and then splitting again. Their voices were so loud, like thunder in his ears. Dag groaned and flattened his ears against his skull, his jaw clenched in agony. This had been a bad, bad brew. Once he came to, he'd realize that he couldn't possibly sell this at the market - in fact, this stuff was closer to poison than it was any kind of recreational beverage. As Artur tried to slam into him from above, Azazel dragged his back limbs out from underneath him. Dag slid just out of Artur's intended reach, but his teeth still managed to nick the end of his muzzle even as Azazel dragged him away. "Fuuuuccck," he cussed, long and low. Blood spilled freely from the superficial wound on his muzzle. The fresh pain brought him slightly back to reality. Dag tried to get his paws back underneath himself, but he experienced a severe bout of vertigo and had to remain still until it passed.
