She seemed unbearably confused and uncertain at his reaction. He looked at her for a moment, seeing the fear in her gaze, her trembling uncertain, and decided to let her off the hook. Zee had some affection for this creature. Had seen her and wanted her for herself. Sirius didnt now exactly why, but be wouke not mess with Zees goods. He decided to let the little handmaiden off the hook, and explain a little more.
"I've discovered the best way to a happy marriage is to not upset the wife." His grin was a little wistful, sad, as he considered how often he had upset his soulmate already. He was trying to do better, he loved her like there was no tomorrow.
He gave her a gentle nudge on her shoulder - extra gently, since she was just a little thing. "Dont worry about it too much right now. So long as Zee wants you, you are a part of this pack and I will keep you safe." He promised her.
