A quiet moment

Zee had been scouring the plains in search of little Ophie - she'd long missed her bath time and there was no chance the very proud queen would allow her stinkiest child to continue to roam the Armada in god-knows-how-many-days of grime. Thankfully her daughter's oddity made tracking her relatively easy in comparison to the others of the litter, and Zee was hot on the trail when suddenly the scent of fresh flowers and meat drew her attention. Sirius was very, very good at distracting Zee off of her current dilemmas whatever they may be.

She stepped to meet him, eyeing the gifts with poorly-veiled playful suspicion. "What did you do this time?" Zee joked to her husband, raising one brow towards him and letting her lips crack into a smile. Ophie's bath could wait another few hours, she supposed.
