Will you smile?

Kitsune hadn’t seen as much of Take as she would have liked to lately. He had been cooped up with growing pains and headaches. Kit’s own horns had been growing lately, but they clearly hadn’t affected her as much as her brother's big, curved adornaments.

Today, she decided to cheer up her wordless brother. She had caught a pretty, dark scaled fish the other day, and had spent time carefully caring for its scales. She grinned impishly as she looked down now at her creation. The shiny, silvery headpiece was the work of a child, but she was proud of it all the same.

Transferring it to her maw, she bounded along to where she had last caught Take’s scent “Take, Take, are you here?” She asked around her mouthful.
