It took her a moment to sink into his hug, so long that he thought maybe it wasn't welcomed. She looked shocked though under her sadness as if it hadn't been expected. It was pretty strange for a stranger to hug another stranger, he thought, but it worked out for him in the end.

After a few moments of hesitation, the once-antlered woman pressed into him and he wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close. He didn't find her silly or immature for losing her antlers in the slightest, nor did he find her any less attractive than he hadn't realized he had. Whatever her reason was for being so upset, Magnus supported her and was happy to help in whatever way he could, even if it was just being someone to cry on.
