Work Up an Appetite

Dalila felt her shoulder connect with her opponent's leg and subsequently the spikes wrapped around her leg cut into his. The cuts weren't deep, but it was still a blow none of the less. The gray and white male backed away enough to try and face her head on again and lunged in for another bite at her neck. This time she wasn't quite fast enough to reorient herself again and dodge it so his teeth caught the skin on the back of her neck, gripping onto her and keeping her from pulling away. A snarl pulled at her lips from the feeling of his teeth gripping and digging into her skin and she had to fight the instinct to try and yank away from him. Even though he wasn't biting that deeply she didn't want to cause herself any more damage than necessary from it. Instead she tried to reach up her foreleg to kick her paw into his neck and throat in an attempt to get him to let go and back off once more, her claws trying to scratch at his skin. She also attempted to turn her head to headbutt the side of his neck and shoulder as well, wanting to try jabbing the crystals poking from her skull at him.
