A race huh? Well that was something different, Bellamy thought to herself. She had never been to the Shimming Shore before but she didn’t doubt that it’d be easy enough to find by the maned woman’s description. Bells gave a small nod - all she had to do was look for the glrwing blue landscape. It soundeded easy enough. She went on to say that her companion would count them off for the race and the dark-furred woman grinned. “Sounds like a plan. I’m Bellamy, for the record.” Jynn had given her name so it only seemed fair that Bells do the same.

Then they were being counted off.

Once the companion had finished counting down Bellamy took off across the earth. The leafy greens of the plants gave way under her paw as she raced away from the falls, the sound of their roar beginning to die down as she made her way ahead. She didn’t look back the way they had come, keeping her attention straight ahead so she wouldn’t miss the signs of the shore. Her heartbeat quickened as she ran, feeling a rush of excitement in accepting the race with the maned woman. She had never participated in one before but it certainly didn’t seem bad.
