Delphi really looked at her sister. The lame shrug, the scrunched brow, the almost pathetic look on her face. Was Maki really content to stay wrapped up in her daydreams instead of meeting wolves in real life? What was so much better in her head than what was actually around her? Did her sister not lead an exciting (albeit dangerous) life that she also led? Maybe... if she were a better sister, she could take Maki on some of those adventures.
Letting out a sigh, Delphi reaches forward to pat her sister on the shoulder. "Maki, it's okay," she says with a soft shake of her head. "If ya wanna stay in your head, I won't stop ya," Delphi says, a glint of a smirk on her lips. "I'm tellin' ya though, real life is just as cool," she promises her sister, tilting her chin up to look at Maki with a twinkle in her eyes. What trouble could she really get Maki into?
