ride with the wind

Unagi has never been on a raid before but fighting is in her blood so, when her grandfather summons the pack together to go raid, the girl is more than willing to go. Racing down to the base of the mountain, the monochrome youth finds that several wolves have already beaten her there, including her sisters Delphi and Maki.

Shooting them both a toothy grin, she trots up to where Maki sits and plops her big butt down beside her, jostling her splotchy sibling as she goes. Fidgeting with excitement, she looks to grandpa and offers him a huge grin, eager to prove her worth as a fighter while, in her heart, she declares that she would win her fights for her lost mother and try to make her proud.
