As Ochi spun, the dog was already coming at her, its head low and jaws open as if searching for a bite on her legs. Long-legged Ochitsuki danced backwards, the action not giving her much momentum for a strong swipe of the sword, but she did swing it between herself and her opponent, trying to keep the woman away from her legs and hopefully getting a slice or two in in the meantime.
