He felt like lightning, dazzling and dancing around her. He echoed her laugh back at her with his own feral grin. His viridian eyes met her emeralds, a wild delight vibrating within them as they came together to clash. One of his paws struck out to batter her limb as their chests met and she snaked her neck to get at his throat before he could get at hers. He jerked his head back, her teeth clasping at that point close to his jugular. He gaped his maw wide to lunge at her ear but her weight overcame his lanky frame as she pushed him over. Before he regained his footing he swept one of his legs wide to try and catch her off balance again. Then lunged back into the fray to shove her to the ground and hold the nape of her neck.
