She grunted unhappily at her drenched fur. It was going to take some time to dry it out but for now she would just give it a good shake and settle down to try and dry off and stay warm. Thoughts went to her family, she didn't feel bad for leaving them. Actually she felt free, not having to worry about everyone or making sure she did not disappoint them. She was now able to do her own thing, to experience life without her family for once. Sure she would miss them but she could always visit. The only thing that bothered her was leaving young Novel. But she would always return to check up on her and give her more lessons. But that wouldn't happen till spring. Right now she needed Gitan and they needed time to themselves. The pounding of rushing paws had her head lift up from her paws just as Gitan came crashing in to the right of her before spinning and lavishing her with kisses. Had she known he would react this way she might have come looking for him sooner! She laughed softly, a sound that had not been made for some time now. As he pulled back to greet her with words her eyes shone with mirth and watery tears of joy. She did not realize how much she needed to see him, to be with him till now.Oh Gitan...I'm no longer part of Ludiceal. I'm here to be with you, nothing will stop me now. She whispered softly to him and sat up to lick his cheek and neck. Speech, |
